Coatzin

Coatzin landed softly near to the rest of the people, still eating the nice chunk of cotton-candy cloud that she snatched while flying, maybe she would just fly and bring down another chunk with her as soon as this one ran out “Hello there!” She greeted cheerfully

Mikistli

The dark alter-ego looked around carefully, this place was…interesting. Her feet carried her around the new terrain, her wings half-open and her long tail moving freely behind her. She quickly made heads and tails of the whole thing. She was asleep, dreaming, she had to be. Then why this dream felt so darn different from the rest?

Coatzin chuckled a bit as Lochlann talked to her, she wasn’t sure why, but the title that he gave her sounded a bit funny to be fully sincere “Uh…maybe because they are made of cotton candy! Wanna try one?” She handed the cloud at him, so he could eat a bit if he felt like it “I’m Coatzin, by the way”.

Dulce/Lust —> Invidia

The girl's reactions were sweet. The ninth man was used to people trembling before him with lust and desire. Considering he knew his aura could be a bit... much, even when he wasn't purposefully projecting, the girl had balls to hiss at him.

"Looks like I don't need this after all." He threw the forgotten apple over his shoulder. Noticing the girl was back up on her feet, he wrapped an arm around her shoulders in a cheesy sort of way that one sees in the movies and turned to his two compatriots, though Dulce was too absorbed in playing with his own darling baby girl to pay much attention. "I got a brat of my own, it seems!"

To the girl, he said with a bright grin that showed off straight, pearly white teeth and slightly sharper than normal canines. "I usually go by Ninth now, but you, kiddo, can call me Daddy."

==> Allan > Seneca & Seth

"Oh, it's not really trouble..!" Allan said with a smile, "It's like second nature for me to move things around in dreams. Setting a dynamic time for the surrounding isn't too hard if it makes you more comfortable." he admitted. But he did really prefer the sunrise over anything else. If he felt particularly down, he liked the rainy afternoons.

Allan took another sip from his tea before speaking, "It's not really useless in my case. I can remember my dreams vividly so I'd probably remember everything when I wake up. My name's Allan. It's nice to meet you both," he said, nodding to both of them.

Looks like I don't need this after all. She heard him say. His next move, was something Vidia didn't expect. All of a sudden the stranger got too close for comfort, that she just completely froze there until he spoke again. A brat of his own? Vidia suddenly didn't know what the fuck he was talking about. She was there confused and disoriented and all of a sudden these people are here and-

I usually go by Ninth now, but you, kiddo, can call me daddy. It took Vidia a few moments to process it. She just stared at the Ninth for a few more seconds until the Ninth's words finally registered in her head. "D...dad...?" she echoed unconsciously. Who was this guy? Who did he think he is suddenly talking bull? Vidia clenched her fists, "You. Want me to call you "daddy"?, she said with gritted teeth. The half-demon looked up at the man before her, staring up at his dumb grin with glassy eyes, "I think you missed a memo, because I'm pretty sure I don't have a father."

Not bothering to attempt to stifle his chuckle, the Ninth's grin widened just a tad at the girl's quiet bewilderment. Oh, he was going to have so much fun! He'd been stuck in 'their' corner of Dulce's mind for the last 17 or so years, and while he'd had the other Lusts for company and limitless scenarios to 'live' while he waited for Dulce's inheritance, true interaction was something he missed dearly. It tended to be a part of the Sin of Lust's fatal flaw, if you will, needing to be around others constantly. Even the Fourth, whose Wanderlust knew no bounds, yearned for traveling companions.

"Well, yeah, kiddo." He didn't blame the girl for being so suspicious and angry, as he'd missed out of pretty much all of her life. But, through some twist of fate, they'd been brought together, and in a wild, anarchic dream of Dulce's, no less. Despite expecting yelling and curses and claims of hatred, he bit back a wince at the girl's words.

"You do, kiddo. I'm him. I've been... detained for the last 17 or so years, yeah? But you smell like me, y'know, and this," Here, he tapped his nose, "can tell damn well the scent of my offspring. Plus, you even inherited my looks! I wonder what sort of powers you have... Must have inherited some of mine there as well." His tone turned thoughtful, but he didn't break his one-armed embrace. He actually seemed to hug her tightly to his side, as if he were afraid, justifiably so, that she would run off the first chance she got.

"You do, kiddo. I'm him. I've been... detained for the last 17 or so years, yeah? But you smell like me, y'know, and this, can tell damn well the scent of my offspring. Plus, you even inherited my looks! "

Vidia was furious. How could he say all those things so casually? Her whole life she was convinced that who ever was her father, demon or not, was just a horrible man who never cared about her mother or her.

And now here he was, the demon claiming to be her father. Vidia tried to break free but she realized he wasn't letting go of her. It made her think for what he said for a moment. Well, he was right; the more she looked at him, the more she could see that the man did resemble her features. All the more she wanted to ask why he was gone the entire time. His intimidating aura aside, he didn't seem like he would actually harm her.

Vidia hung her head low. She said she didn't care; and if she met her father anywhere in her plane of reality, she would shrug him off and carry on like nothing happened. But now that she thought about it, she really did care. It was the one thing that always bothered her since she was aware enough to notice. She wanted her father by her side.

"So what? You mean you were gone because you were detained?" she began, bitterness hanging on every word, "That's all you can say? You think that makes everything better!? Where the hell were you when I was a little girl and all I asked for was to have a family to come home to!" Vidia snapped her head back up to look at the Ninth, tears were already welling up in her eyes. She tried to get out of the hug again but the Ninth held her tightly.

To hell with inheriting powers, she thought. She was a walking jinx and a petty shape-shifter. "I spent eighteen years with a mother who didn't even know how to properly raise a child! She locked me in my own room and never let me outside because I look like a monster!! Are you happy with that!?"

Dulce/Lust —> Invidia

The Ninth could tell his little girl-- and wasn't that strange to think, as she seemed to be older than Dulce and really, they'd just met-- was struggling, and he fell silent to let her work through her thoughts.

Eventually, however, she started speaking again, and though he didn't let it appear, dozens upon dozens of emotions were cycling through him, darkening his bright lavender eyes to a simmering dark orchid. He waited until she had spoken her piece and took a handful of moments after that to collect his own thoughts.

"There was truly nothing I could have done, darling." He murmured, his joking manner completely disappearing and replaced with an abnormally serious one. "I was going to be killed. I had an ace up my sleeve and used it, performing a ritual that would ensure I would be reincarnated." Here, he nodded over to Dulce, who had begun babbling to Micah and their daughter about all of the wonderful things they'd do together, all while the First watched on with amused hawk eyes.

"You look to be about a year older than Dulce, so that would make you 18, yes? You were about a year old when all of this happened, then. If I had known..." He trailed off, frowning deeply into the distance as he tried stifling the low growl that threatened to escape; he knew he wasn't very successful, but didn't want to frighten off his daughter.

You have one night, one night, with a human woman and of course she's the one that bears your child. Had his daughter been born to any one of the many demon women he'd bedded, this would've been solved much quicker. But, there was nothing to be done about it now aside from keep moving forward.

Despite what many may think, children were precious to the Sin of Lust. That particular Sin rarely, if ever, bothered with procreation. It was an ability that seemed to elude them, or they'd have children left, right, and center. As a result, the lack thereof always seemed to endear children to them.

"No, I am not happy with that! If I could go back and change things, I wouldn't hesitate! But what would you have me do, daughter mine? I have spent the last 17 years locked away in Dulce's mind until he was old enough to handle an influx of power that would serve as his powers inheritance." He scowled this time upon remembering helping Dulce's mind heal from the trauma of the last four years. It... hadn't been pretty, that was for sure.

"But I am here now. Here, of all places, we finally meet. I am willing-- no, eager— to be a part of your life. To get to know you and maybe... maybe be your father. I will not be going anywhere for the time being." He wondered if could ask Dulce for control of his body in order to search for his daughter once all of this weird dream shit was over.

His words were genuinely sincere, and he had turned to stare down at his daughter, trying to convey such sincerity. "It is your call, dear daughter. If you do not wish to be near me any longer, I will honor that and will not seek you out." He didn't promise that he wouldn't look out for her, though, from afar. "However, with your permission, I will stay with you, as it should have been all along."

Seneca Yates

"If we ever meet while awake, you'll have to forgive me, then," he said with a self conscious chuckle. "My memory tends to fail me when it comes to dreams. I'm sure that most of mine would be nightmares anyways so that's probably a good thing in my case."

Especially with all of the demons that were going around the island lately. The smell of brimstone was overwhelming, to the point where Seneca often tried to drown it out in perfumes. Nothing really helped all that much but at least he could try.

To Allan, he asked, "So, you're a student at the Academy, then?"
