Name: Solis Karma
Age: "Why would you like to know?" 17
Birthday: "... Hn." 31 October
Gender: "Ask such a question again. I dare you." Male
Category: Student/Villain
Class: High School Senior
Appearance Description:
Personality Description: Many who meet him find it rather ironic his name is Solis, pronounced similarly to 'solace', as the boy is extremely cold and unforgiving towards others. He has a cool, calculating mindset, often learning everything and anything he can about those around him in order to avoid being taken advantage of like he had been that day so long ago. He has a disturbing sense of humor, occasionally making blithe comments on gruesome and bloody topics anyone else wouldn't even care think of. He usually has no problem with using his power freely, even though the hallucinations he is able to inflict normally end up driving his victim insane and/or to the brink of suicide. Really, once one spends even ten minutes in Solis' presence, it's no wonder he's been categorized as a Villain. Because of his twisted personality, however, his social skills are near nonexistent; when he does deign to speak, he comes across as overly polite, even when he'll use his power on someone and they're writhing on the ground in front of him.

Biography:
Trigger Warning: Allusions to underage kidnapping/rape/torture, suicide
Born the youngest of seven, Solis grew up with little attention paid to himself by his family. While this may seem like a given considering how large said family is, it appears quite odd once one learns that Solis is quite the genius; he is a prodigy in nearly every academic field there is. Once he realized the extent of his own intelligence, however, he decided it was best not to rock the boat, as they say, and kept it a well-hidden secret. In school, he kept his grades high enough that his parents wouldn't question him on it but low enough that he didn't stand out. His behavior both in school and at home was simple, bland; again, something that kept him off the radar in both the positive and negative aspects of it.
Unfortunately, this anonymous way of life ended up being a hindrance, as one day on his way home from school, he was kidnapped by a man that had a rather disgusting interest in boys with the kind of delicate, nearly feminine build Solis was naturally born with. His family had no idea how much trouble he was in until it was too late, as they were used to him keeping to the background and thought nothing of the lack of his presence. After being knocked unconscious and dragged off to the man's home, Solis woke up and carefully squashed down any panic he had, thinking he could use his impressive intellect to get himself out of the situation. Sadly, that kind of situation is where genius alone couldn't help him; he was physically incapable of following through with the plan he had created, as he was slender and had little muscle.
Solis' power didn't manifest immediately, either; it was after several hours of 'play' with the man that he finally gained enough leeway to do something. As he began to struggle, he shoved the man's face away, his hand making contact with the man's forehead. That was when it happened, triggered by the immense mental strain he had gone through. The man stumbled backwards and began screaming, having very violent hallucinations of his greatest fears. He truly believed they were happening to him, too, as the hallucinations were hauntingly life-like, down to the physical sensation even if nothing truly happened to the body. Solis was understandably shocked, watching as his captor panicked under the sudden onslaught of fear and committed suicide with the knife he was using during their play. That display, combined with the long hours spent satisfying the man's dark interests, caused Solis' mind to become perpetually twisted and distorted. By the time the police arrived, having been notified by neighbors who had heard the man's terrified screams, Solis had already turned into the boy you see today.
Considering what his power is, it's no surprise the Academy sent his invitation rather quickly, fearing of the death and destruction the untrained, nearly cruel boy could inflict on society. What does seem to be a little shocking, however, is the simple fact that Solis decided to attend; he would have to adapt to a whole new, much larger setting, his desire for knowledge on everyone and everything around him would make quite a lot of work for him, and the use of his power would undoubtedly be tracked and he would be forced to 'keep in under control'. Cool and calculating, Solis refused to let such an opportunity pass him by regardless of the numerous drawbacks and therefore accepted the invitation, and can now be counted among the Academy's student population.

Powers:
- Stronger power: A sort of touch empathy/mind control focused solely on fear and localized at the forehead. Ever since that thrice-cursed day, Solis has been able to invoke hallucinations of one's greatest fears with just a touch to the person's forehead.
- Weaker power: Telepathy, more on an unconscious level than anything and used only in conjunction with his fear-based empathy; how else would his main power know what to show someone as their greatest fear?
- Strengths: Though not necessarily the most conventional murder weapon, Solis can literally kill someone with one touch to their forehead. And if not death, then his hallucinations will bring insanity and instability to the victim's mind.
- Weaknesses: He has yet to encounter anyone that hasn't been susceptible to his powers, but should someone have particularly strong mental shields, they would be able to fight against his hallucinations or possibly even break through them completely.
