Biography:
He was born in a normal human family and lived a normal human life...until he started to have contact with computers and other kind of technology.
His parents quickly noticed the raw talent of their son around this specific area, but they never imagined how much this would continue to grow. When he was barely 10 years old he had already managed to hack into his school high-security database and come out completely unnoticed without much effort. It was almost way too easy.
He then started to try bigger and bigger things, to the point of getting to the deepest and most secret part of the deep web and even hacking into the U.S.A. Government systems and start playing pranks on them by messing up files, putting things of the wrong folder or even replacing top-secret files of extreme importance with videos of kittens and vines. His most used hacker username soon made its way to the most dangerous criminal database, but no matter how much the hackers of the government tried to find him or lock him out, they never managed to outsmart him. This was at his 15 years. From there, he only grew more ambitious, hacking into the databases of multiple countries and even some organizations, both secret and well-known.
Unluckily for him, his skills earned him a lot of bullying on the school, as most people tagged him as a computer geek. He took the offense with pride, but that only managed to get him into more trouble. In the online world, he loved to play the role of hero, save people (Both NPCs and actual players) and punish those awful players that tried to take advantage of newbies through unfair PVPs. More than once he hacked into his favorite games to get kinds of armors and stuff that you supposedly could only buy with real money, but was careful to not let anyone know, he didn't want to get banned after all. He even hacked armors or weapons and gave them to the newbies that he rescued as secret gifts.
It was at his 16 when he first discovered his power. He was playing a bit of WOW on his school when a bunch of bullies started to bother him. He wasn't sure of how it was triggered, but from one second to another he was the powerful Worgen that he was using at the moment as his character in there, with his full armor and favorite weapon at hand. Fair enough is to say that the bullies never dared to get close to him again.
It took him a while to understand and master his newly found powers, but soon after he did, he designed the glasses that he had been wearing since then, giving them an incredibly good amount of technological capabilities (Like night vision) as well as an impressive amount of storage. Soon after he extracted all the information possible of all the games that he had ever played (Which were a lot) and downloaded it to them, so he could have a huge database of characters to choose from and be in constant contact with them, what was a lot better than carry a lot of disks, cartridges and consoles everywhere he went. He was careful to keep his powers as a secret though, even from his own family.
He was surprised when he received the letter from Starlight Academy, and after a bit of talking with his parents he packed his things and got ready to go to this new interesting school.
Additional Information:
Glasses and Glove:
His high-tech glasses were made so he could use them as computer, videogame console or any other kind of technological device between those lines. He controls everything with the glove linked to them. If you could use them you could easily get lost between everything there. Any videogame runs perfectly on them once he manages to extract them from the cartridge/disk/anything and download them in there.
Current Mastered Characters:
He can use these characters and their powers without much problems:
Current Half-Mastered Characters:
He's currently learning how to use these characters, and there is a probability of him screwing up if used in battle at the moment:
Age: 18
Birthday: February 27
Gender: Male
Category: Student
Class: College.
Appearance Description:
- ~Height = 5'7", Weight = 121 lbs.
- ~His body build is a bit on the skinny side, and though he stills has a small athletic touch to it, it is barely noticeable.
- ~His skin is almost pale, showing how little time he spends outside.
- ~He has heterochromia, his left eye being sapphire-blue and his right eye being ruby-red.
- ~His honey blonde hair has a medium length and is a bit messy almost all the time.
- ~He always has a set of headphones on, either on his head when he's using it or resting around his neck when he isn't. These are black and have neon-blue lights that light up when they're being used. These are wireless.
- ~He always wears some high-tech glasses made by himself on. These are wirelessly linked to a special glove that he wears on his right hand. These are better than any computer on Earth and he's constantly upgrading them to keep them up to date.
- ~He likes to wear comfortable clothes, and though he's willing to use more formal clothing from time to time he prefers to keep this to a minimum.
Likes: Videogames, technology, being in his room, gamer friends.
Dislikes: Sports, places with little to not technology, be forced outside, taking his glasses off.
Weaknesses: Being without his glasses leaves him in an extremely vulnerable condition, even if he isn't all weak and fragile, his lack of physical activity comes to bite him on the ass pretty often.
Strengths: Great hacker, programming skills, quick-thinker, almost flawless strategy and reaction times.
Fears: Losing his glasses, death, anyone able to overpower him.
Habits/Hobbies: Play videogames, programming, hacking.
Skills / Talents: Programming, hacking, gaming skills.
Personality Description:
- ~Smart: He's incredibly smart and is able to solve almost all kind of problems fairly quickly. He could easily exceed most of his classmates in any subject, but unless it is anything related to computers or technology he doesn't really cares. Don't get me wrong here though, he still can get pretty good grades without trying too hard, but not excellent ones.
- ~Social-Online: When he's in a virtual ambience, he is incredibly friendly and is able to make friends incredibly quickly. When he was to face people on the real world he isn't as social though, and most people could even consider him shy.
- ~Geek: He's a true computer genius, able to make any kind of code in matter of minutes or less, regardless of how complicated this could be. He can repair any kind of technology fairly easily as well. On his free time it isn't that weird to see him making up extremely complicated computer viruses from scratch just to pass the time if he has nothing better to do. He rarely uses hem at all and prefers to erase them as soon as they're done, but if someone really pisses him off he can send the virus to them. These go from the usual corrupting data virus to a virus that can literally blow up your computer in a couple of seconds after it is activated.
- ~Pro-Gamer: He's a pro at any videogame that you may throw at him, he prefers games where strategy is needed over plain brutal force or puzzle games.
- ~Hero Wannabe: He want to be "The Hero" on everyone's tale, but he still has a lot to learn before he can even start really getting on the path for this. Also his morality code can be a bit weird until a certain point, since he wouldn't mind using his powers for own benefit if he feels like it. He's more on a neutral area most of the time, even if he refuses to acknowledge this.
- ~Somewhat Childish: He can be a bit immature for his age from time to time, still acting as a kid under certain circumstances. If this is pointed out he will immediately try to fix it and act as a mature guy, though most times he only manages to make a fool out of himself.
- ~Quick thinker: He can think extremely quickly and make crucial decisions on the blink of an eye, almost always proving that he did the right one. This also helps a lot with his reflexes, as he can react accordingly to almost any kind of situation.
- ~Hacker: He's a hacker to be feared, it's a good thing that he rarely holds any kind of ill feeling towards anyone, since this could lead to a pretty nasty situation. Able to easily hack into powerful governments' top-secret databases and come out unscathed, his skills aren't something to be mocked at.
- ~Multitasking: He can do several things at the same time fairly well, like playing videogames, take notes during class and still pay attention to his friend talk about how awesome his summer vacations were.
Powers:
Computer Mastery (Weak):
- ~There is no computer or code that he can't understand and use on his favor, he can go from hardware construction to the making of any kind of software to match the previously made hardware.
- ~Just as he can make hardware and software from scratch, he can also fix any computer you may bring to him, as well to upgrade it.
- ~His coding, programming and hacking skills are on an extremely high level, to the point where his username is already on the criminal database of several countries. Unluckily for them, he has a lot more of usernames and his skills had proven to be more than enough to avoid any kind of detection. Fair enough is to tell that he can easily break in the deepest and most secret files of the whole internet and come out unscathed, he's literally driving several governments and organizations crazy. A couple of governments had offered him really tempting offers in exchange for his services, but he simply isn't interested.
- ~His most prized possessions are his high-tech glasses and glove linked to them. He's constantly working on them and upgrading them. His strong power relies completely on them, and consequently he would do anything to get them back if they're taken away from him. Since this is as well the piece of technology that he uses the most you could say that his weak power relies on them as well till some extent.
Virtual Reality (Strong):
- ~This powers allows him to take the form and/or use the powers of any character of any videogame as his own during a certain period of time depending on the character (1 to 6 posts, the more powerful the character, the less posts he will be able to use its powers. If he's only changing his appearance it will depend on how physically powerful the character is as well as the size).
- ~However, to use this power he needs to be in direct contact with the videogame and he must be in a scene where the character of choice is being shown. He keeps record of all the videogames on existence on his glasses to be able to be in constant contact with said characters.
- ~When picking a character he must be extremely careful, if he picks a character from a scene where there are more characters around it there is a chance of his power not working correctly and picking the wrong character instead. Let's say that for whatever reason he wants to pick Sephiroth, and he's in a hurry, so in his rush he grabs a scene from Kingdom Hearts where he appears instead of one of Final Fantasy, but behind him is a common heartless. There is a chance where the power will pick the heartless instead of Sephiroth and he will transform into the weak creature. The most powerful the creature he wants to pick compared to the one invading the scene, the higher the chance of the power messing up and picking the wrong one.
- ~Once his powers pick a character from the videogame, regardless of if he wanted it or not, he will be stuck as such until the powers wears off and he is forced to revert to his usual self once more. Once he reverts there is a cool down time (From 1 to 3 posts, depending on how powerful the last character was) before he can try to take any other form or use the powers of any other character.
- ~Any weak points or immunities that the character may have inside the videogames, he has them when he uses his powers and/or changes his physical appearance to match the character's.
- ~He keeps his glasses and glove even after transforming (Though they adapt to the character's appearance if he changes his form). After he gets the character's powers and/or changes form these become indestructible, but these can still be taken off. The glove isn't that problematic until he is if forced to revert, but if his glasses are taken off he's instantly forced to revert to his usual human form and will be unable to keep using his power at all until those are returned to him.
- ~When he isn't using his powers, his glasses and glove can be destroyed, instantly leaving him powerless. He is aware of this and has tried to make them as resistant as possible, but he hadn't been able to make them indestructible yet.
- ~When he is using his glasses to pick a character, yeah, at least ½ or ¾ of his visual field gets cut out. If by any reason he needs something very specific or something like that, to the point where he needs to make a more careful search, his whole vision field gets cut out.
- ~After he downloads a game, he has to play it and complete it at a 100%, after that a video of his play-through gets stored and he can access to it and run the videogame at the same time so he can get the character he wants. However, he needs to fast-forward to the specific scene where the character is and then force the videogame to synchronize to said scene to pick it, reason why screwing up can be a bit too easy.
- ~His powers have limits though. He can't take Godzilla's form, as an example...or...well, he can, but he will be a mini-Godzilla, as the maximum size he can reach is roughly 5 meters high, and since he's only taking in the form and powers, he also has a power limit, since otherwise his body wouldn't be able to resist them. Once again, using Godzilla as an example, if he uses its nuclear breath it won't be as powerful as the one shown in the videogames, it will cause a fair amount of damage, but he wouldn't be able to disintegrate everything it touches like the real Godzilla's.
- ~When you play any videogame with Godzilla in it, you just press a button and *BAM* insta-nuclear breath. But when he uses its powers he has no control at hand and there are no imaginary buttons in front of him. He can blow and roar as much as he wants, but if he doesn't knows how Godzilla would trigger the nuclear breath if he was real, no nuclear breath will come out.
- ~Being a master gamer allows him to know all the possible attacks that the character can use, but that doesn't allows him to master them. If he turns into a character that has full mastery over a sword, he will learn the basics while he's in that form (Though will forget them as soon as his power wears out), but he won't be a master at the sword, he needs to practice. Since he's on that character form he would learn faster than someone that has to learn from scratch, but, once again, all the experience earned with that character will be forgotten as soon as his power wears out and will only return if he uses that specific character again. He can't trade the experience between characters as well.
