Human form

• ~He appears to be an average japanese man height and weight-wise.

Kitsune form

• ~He appears to be a fairly large white fox.
• ~He has neon-blue markings on the top of his head, shoulders, back and tails that usually appear to be glowing.
• ~He has 9 distinct tails.
• ~He likes to wear traditional Japanese clothing, however, he knows that in the modern world this kind of attire isn’t exactly common and consequently only des so on special occasions or when he’s at home.
• ~He wears lose comfortable clothes that allow him to move freely. Yet not loose enough to actually become a bother or look bad. He prefers white clothes with blue designs.

Favorite form

• ~He feels proud of being a Kitsune, and hates to hide it, consequently he will stay on this form unless it’s imperative for him to change to another one.
• ~He looks almost like in his human form, but there are some changes.
• ~The markings of his fox form are clearly visible.
• ~He has two white fox ears on his head instead of human ones.
• ~His nine tails are fully visible.
• ~His fangs and nails/claws are a lot more foxlike than human-like.

Weaknesses: He’ll never stop until he complies with his promises or dies trying, his love for the inarizushi.

Habits/Hobbies: Taking quick naps on the grass, listening to relaxing music, making and eating inarizushi.
Skills / Talents: Cooking, making drinks (Most of them non-alcoholic though), can play almost any traditional Japanese instrument, skilled with the katana.

Personality Description:

• ~Relaxed: He’s usually the kind of guys that takes things lightly and rarely worries about most things. He knows where to stop, but he can’t help it, he just like to chill, and being fully honest after living for this long time appears to go faster than it really does.
• ~Serious: He usually is serious when talking to other people or creatures, to the point where he appears to have no emotions. This a defense technique that he was forced to build after several years as it helps him to repel those trying to harm him.
• ~Loyal: If anyone manages to form any kind of relationship with him he will be forever there for that person, regardless of the situation. If he makes a promise he also will do anything to comply with it, regardless of the consequences.
• ~Helpful: He may not appear like it at first, but he likes to help the ones around him if he can. However, he won’t jump in front of everyone and just offer his help. He either expects to get something out of it or in extremely rare cases he’ll just help if he decides that the person really needs the help.
• ~Prideful: His pride is huge, and if anyone even scratches its surface he’ll immediately feel extremely enraged and will try to get revenge on said person/creature. Managing to get him to accept an apology after this can be extremely hard.
• ~Trickster: He loves playing pranks on anyone, though his targets are usually those who he considers that are either unworthy or somehow “evil” people, he would still play pranks on random people just for the fun of it. His pranks are rarely meant to do any real harm…unless she is mad against said people.
• ~Curious: He is a bit curious, and consequently he’s constantly seeking for all kinds of new stuff that catches his interest or exploring new places. However, he knows where the curiosity ends and the danger begins, so he rarely gets in trouble.
• ~Playful: From time to time he’ll act like a small fox pup instead of a kitsune that is over 900 years old. If you find him on this state, feel lucky, you just got a wonderful playmate, but don’t tell anyone afterwards, since he’s a bit ashamed to admit this part of his personality.
• ~Good fighter: He’s really skilled both with the katana and hand-to-hand combat. This is the main reason of how he managed to get his 9 tails without any kind of serious issues, since several creatures tried to kill him on his past thanks to his abilities.
• ~Inarizushi: The closest thing he has to an addiction. He simply loves those delicious sushi rolls of rice-packed fried tofu. He could eat them all day and all night without getting tired of them. No, I swear, I’m not exaggerating here, he simply can’t get enough. He tries to hide this small weakness as much as possible, but sometimes he can’t resist the temptation to eat a one or two…thousands. Ok, I’m pretty sure that this may be an actual addiction…

Powers:
Nine-Tailed Kitsune:

• ~External Soul: Kei possesses an external soul, often mistaken for a glowing ball of light. He keeps his soul hidden within him (Usually in secret pockets on his clothes), though when he is in his home or he feels save it can be seen floating freely around him. His soul the key factor to his immortality and it needs to be kept close to him in order to conserve it. If someone steals his soul, he is obligated to give them favors until--and after-- it has been returned.
• ~Shapeshifting: Kei’s primarily ability. Though he has a settled number of forms that he prefers to take, he’s capable of shapeshifting any number of characteristics, including hair color, skin tone, face shape, etc. He can also mirror the appearance of a specific person, but this is limited to the knowledge of the person; He can try and transform into someone he's only met once or twice, but his transformation will mirror his uncertainty and he might miss key physical details, However, he will always be approximately the same height and weight, and cannot change his eye color when she transforms. If she becomes intoxicated or horribly scared, Kei reverts back to his fox shape
• ~On rare occasions, Kei can possesses an individual. However, this is an ability used primarily under extreme circumstances because of how much preparation and energy goes into it. The ritual requires several days of fasting and dreamwalking, Kei would never use any kind of tricks to force anyone to accept possession though. If the person denies it, he won’t do anything against said decision, he won’t even try at all. The possessed must be human; it is almost impossible to Kei to possess someone non-human, unless they are completely lacking a soul.
  If he does possesses the person, Kei’s new host will find that they have all of his knowledge and be able to read/speak languages they didn't originally know, and utilize small portions of his power. They will not be able to shapeshift, but their hair/eye color might change. They will also have an incredible appetite, consuming much more food than usual without any sudden weight gain.
  Symptoms of possession include foaming at the mouth, increased sexual appetite, barking or yipping like a fox, nightmares, disorientation, and fever.
  It is possible to expel Kei from her host by the original soul revoking permission, if this happens Kei will immediately leave the body without asking questions. Kei is also very susceptible to damage in this state, and can be harmed greatly. If an individual can locate her soul and damage it while on the host, Kei is forced to leave immediately.
• ~Fox Fire: Kei is able to utilize the element of fire to create illusions. While this is related to his shapeshifting ability, Kei is capable of changing minor details in the setting to disorient and confuse those around her. He is able to summon fire easily, though not for very long. Normally, the fire summoned is in similar intensity to that of candle flame. If Kei attempts to summon a stronger fire, he is able to manifest something up to the intensity of a forest fire, but it is short lasting and drains him to the point of near-collapsing.
  Although Kei has some immunity to fire, he does need to breath, and if trapped in a burning building he is in as much danger as anyone else.
• ~Luck: Kei seems to make the people around him lucky. This is a passive ability, something Kei cannot control or influence, but it does seem to go stronger the older he gets and the more favorably he is treated.
• ~Wishes: With his ninth tail, he earned the ability to grant wishes to those around him for free. However, he can’t just go around granting wishes to anyone that he finds, he isn’t a genie summoned from a lamp like those of the old fairytales, and even if he could, even he knows that this kind of ability must be handled carefully or it could bring awful consequences. The wishes feed from his power and will lock any other of his abilities for a certain period of time (At least the rest of the thread), leaving him powerless until he recovers.
  Even he doesn’t knows how much time it must pass between each wish he grants, but as a self-imposed rule he won’t concede more than a single wish to each person per year, and no more than one wish as a whole per month. Also he doesn’t know how powerful his wish-granting powers can be, but he isn’t a fool, he won’t even try to grant a random dude a wish for a castle, the ability to be super-strong or something like that. And even then he needs to get know the dude first and decide if he’s worthy of his wish. So far the biggest thing he had granted was the ability to speak for a creature he had known for a couple of years by now.
  But here comes the tricky part. The wishes he grants can be free, but it doesn’t means that he’ll just give them away. He is usually expecting to get something in return for said wishes that can benefit him as well. The list is long, but there is a specific thing that he can’t resist no matter how hard he tries…Inarizushi. He just loves the darn thing, and if you give him enough for him to think that the deal is fair enough, consider the wish granted.

Biography:
Kei was born on Japan, and was the only male pup of the whole litter. He lived a rather normal fox life around the Inari shrines. Yeah, he was indeed a lucky fox. It was then when he discovered how delicious the Inarizushi was and since then he is always craving for more.

At his 100 years he got the ability to shapeshift with his second tail, and from there things started to be a bit more interesting for him. He stood around the shrines for long periods of time, mostly because of the free Inarizushi that he could get around there and the kindness of the people.

However, at his 500 years he started to get bored of his extremely long routine and after saying goodbye to the monks and worshippers of the shrines that he had come to befriend after all that time, he left.

He had a tough time learning how to survive outside of the safe bubbles of the shrines, but he endured it and after a couple of decades discovered all kinds of tricks to do so. He worked on many kinds of places before through his whole life, learning a lot of tricks on that time.

He also had some rather awful encounters with creatures wanting to get rid of him before he managed to get his ninth tail and, with it, immortality and the ability to grant wishes. He had to learn how to defend himself against them.

Not long after he got his ninth tail he heard about this place called “Manta Carlos” and sooner than later he got curious. It took him quite a long while to make up his mind and go there at least, but hey, he’s now here, right?

Additional Information:
He has a katana on his home. He usually leaves it there because he wouldn’t want to accidentally harm anyone with it. However, if he feels threatened or that someone is following him he may take it with him.
