Fallen angel of memory. Pretends he isn't broken but is so very, very, very broken. Recently returned from some 'medical leave' that included a few years on the islets after he accidentally killed a student. Teaches 'Coping with Memory Loss' and goes through crazy amounts of post-its.

Has no name, is the child of a tryst between a black hole and an eldritch creature of unknown details. Their mother may have eaten their father, being a black hole. It is unknown. They are new to Manta Carlos, are regrettably learning that not everything they CAN eat they're ALLOWED to eat, and can crunch through basically anything unenchanted or softer than diamond.​

Bright and light and absolutely determined to leave a mark, Okali is a hummingbird-winged kid who doesn't seem to hide - or be able to hide - much of anything. She's silly and energetic and likes bright colours, and optimistic even after her parents' recent deaths.​

Water (reef) dragon of the Drakenhardt family. Seriously brokenhearted and depressed; recently moved in with his siblings because his emotional state interfered with his ability to work. Moderate obsession with saltwater aquaria and paraphernalia. Human form is tiny, dragon form is about sixty feet long.​
