Name: Robert Dric Bruce; Robbie
Age: 275
Birthday: December 30
Gender: Male
Category: Citizen
Species: half dragon (anti-magic), half sheepshifter (but didn't get the sheepform)

Appearance Description:
Human:
Robbie is a diminutive wisp of a guy and will either pretend to be a child - seriously, he's 5'1" and over two hundred, stupid non-dragon blood - or be REALLY REALLY HEIGHT SENSITIVE. He isn't exactly weak - he has enough dragon blood to be able to lift a few hundred pounds over his head, so HAH - but he really does not look imposing or intimidating and DRAGONS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BOTH OF THOSE THINGS!

His rageyness kind of always shows. It shows in the ragey spikiness of his supremely fluffy hair - which felts like wool so he has had to shear his head at least once a year for most of his life because he's forgotten to brush it and then suddenly MATTED FUZZ BALL which is EVEN LESS IMPOSING AND INTIMIDATED GAAHHHHHH. The exact colour of his hair changes seasonally: in the spring, it's soft gold; in the summer, it's vividly red-gold; in the fall, it darkens to brassy brown; and in the winter, it's a dull, faded grey-brown with white streaks all over the top.

Robbie also has tiny pointy dragon horns sticking out of his fluff-hair. These horns are spring green in the spring, gold in the summer, ivory in the fall, and white in the winter. They're also a grand total of two and a half inches long on average, and on extra-fluffy days they don't even make it out of his hair. He has four horns in his human(ish) form: one above each ear and one behind each ear. His horns sweep backwards very elegantly... or would be elegant if they weren't buried in stupid non-dragon fluff.

Robbie's tiny round face is extremely expressive and often contorted in RIGHTEOUS SMOL RAGE. Or just pouting. He can definitely fake his emotions, but a lot of the time he just... doesn't bother. His eyebrows and eyelashes change colour to match his hair - and seasonal colour shifts magically knock out dye, so he can't even mess with it - and his eyes shift colour as well. In the spring, his eyes are pale gold-green; in the summer, his eyes are dark gold; in the fall, his eyes are deep bronze; and in the winter, his eyes are light silver-bronze.

Robbie retains miniature versions of his dragon wings (not that they're all that huge in his dragon form...) in his human form, but with a span of barely a foot per wing they are quite useless, frustratingly adorable, and just a tiny bit too big to fit under tighter clothing comfortably. Good thing he can modify clothing. He has to do that for his tail anyway; he has a wooly foot-long tail tipped with a very draconic spade. The wool mirrors his hair colour.

He wears lots of wool and deer prints. Fairisle deer everything, basically. Like so. Also, cellphones are amazing mostly because of the cases available. And random accessories in the modern day. Wow. His fake-gauged cheshire cat earrings are just fun, and yeahhhh he does wear glasses. He doesn't have a huge prescription in his human form, but eh.

Dragon
WHY. WHY MUST HIS GLORIOUS DRACONIC BODY BE SO CONTAMINATED AND RUINED BY THIS HORRIBLE SHEEP HERITAGE. HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE SHEEP POWERS. HE HAS SEASONAL DEER POWERS. WHY IS HIS LIFE SO HORRIBLE?

Robbie is a ninety-pound dragon that makes it to maaaaaybe six, seven feet long from nose to tail tip. He has a wide-jawed chubby face that is just as expressive as his human face, a neatly arranged spray of horns across the back of his skull, perfect teeth... and wool.

NOT ONLY IS HE TINY, BUT HE HAS WOOL TOO. WHAT. THE. FLIPPING. WHATEVER.

His wool is shiny and glittery and sparkly and changes colour seasonally like his hair, though in the winter his wool is a pure silver-white rather than streaked light on dark. His horns and eyes keep their patterns as well, and his claws mirror his horns while the scales on his face and feet mirror his wool.

Seriously. A dragon with wool. Who the hell is going to take that seriously? At least his wings don't have wool, but even their sleek elegance can't make up for the fluff or his size.

Robbie can support up to one hundred and fifty pounds in the air, but like hell he's going to carry a rider. In his claws like food or not at all.

Deer:
Why. Sure, deer are better than sheep - at least they aren't fluffy - but seriously.

This form changes the most dramatically through the seasons. In the spring, his deer form is a soft gold faun with green-white spots. It's tiny and adorable and USELESS. In the summer, he's at least rich red-gold and a bit bigger, though still clearly a juvenile; he gets single-spike antlers for this season. Fall is much better, as he is an adult deer with sleek bronze fur and ivory antlers (eight points) and hooves. Winter? Sucky again. He's fluffy with his winter coat, and that is horrible, even if his fur is silvery-snow-white and his antlers (twelve points) and hooves are smooth black.

And you know what's the worst part?

His deer form is heavier than either his human or dragon form. Yeah. He's a freaking red deer. He's small for one, in his stag seasons, but he's still a solid two hundred kilos.

Dragon form, ninety pounds. Deer form, four hundred plus pounds.

What. The. ****.

Personality Description:

RAGE
FURY
ANGER
HOARDING
SHINIES

Robbie is a raging tiny fluffball of rage and offended-by-life-ness. He feels incredibly strongly about most things, but especially about the superiority of dragons. Which is why he hates himself and his parents so much. He doesn't care that his parents weren't in love, he cares that his idiot dragon father didn't kill his mothers when he was done. Noooo he had to go and get distracted and forget, and come back a decade later COMPLETELY BY ACCIDENT.

Robbie has to take a lot of breaks to calm himself down. But don't you dare tell him to calm down, or he will just tear your face off with redirected rage. YOU WANNA FIGHT? DO YA? HE'S HAD CENTURIES TO PERFECT USING HIS STUPID POWERS TO BEAT UP IDIOTS WHO THOUGHT THEY COULD BEAT HIS FLUFFY TINY ASS! THAT'S RIGHT, YOU WALK AWAY!

Robbie yells a lot, and with little provocation. Fortunately, in any of his forms it's pretty easy to hold him back. His deer form is the hardest to restrain, being over four hundred pounds for half the year and also equipped with poky antlers. Spring, though? Go right ahead and snuggle the tiny fawn because there's jack all he can do about it but yell.

He also, uh, really really really likes shiny things, especially shiny metal things, and inherited dragon hoardlust in full force. His hoards are very jealously guarded, and very well hidden. He is super suspicious of everyone when he's even thinking about his hoards, or has new things for his hoards, or is going to/coming from his hoards. And yes, he daydreams about his hoards when he can't lounge in them.

Robbie specifically hoards shiny coins, abstract metal things, and deer antlers. He does not usually lounge in the antler hoard but rather assembles them into furniture, and then lounges on those.

Oh, and while he has an unusual at-the-time alcohol tolerance for his size, he is insanely susceptible to hangovers but quack it he'll drink anyway. Just don't you dare tell him that you told him so or he will put you on his to-mess-up-later list and go clear it out just as soon as he stops hating active life.

Powers: Racial shifting and passives:
Robbie is half dragon, and has some of the usual dragon effects as a result. He retains his strength throughout his forms, will not die unless killed (probably; it does get easier to kill dragons when they're super old, but he isn't even three hundred he has time), and can breathe fire to a limited extent in his dragon form. He can also shift between human and dragon, and the deer form provided by his mother's race. His sheep influences are just because she was a quacking sheep at conception.

Seasonal Magic
Robbie's reactions to the seasons don't stop at his hair, eyes, and deer form.

Spring
Robbie can shift into assorted animals with concentration. He has an easier time with mammals, northern hemisphere animals, and Old World animals in particular; but has practiced enough that any animal that falls into one of those categories is within his range. However...

During the spring, Robbie can only shift into juvenile cutesy forms.

Summer
Summer is much nicer for Robbie. His deer form isn't as tiny, and he can let his rage out so much more. Robbie can shift into animals made out of fire during the summer. These animals are, like his deer form, young adults. The mammal/northern hemisphere/Old World category thing holds true in summer as well.

Robbie cannot create or control fire that is not associated with his flame body, and putting out more than a quarter of his flame body will force him to shift into one of his three default forms, usually his deer form as it is closest to his seasonal powers in magical terms. His flame body does emit heat and consumes his energy; if well fed and rested, he can maintain a large form for up to an hour.

Autumn
This is where things get real. Much like in spring, Robbie can shift into animals. Unlike in spring, he ends up in proper adult forms. BRING IT ON!

Winter
Okay, winter is pretty cool. It's the only season where Robbie can't shift beyond his three base forms, but instead he can... reduce things. It's a bit odd. Basically, he can inspire wintry stillness on things around him. Sound is deadened but sharp, abrupt sound can carry for miles. Wind slows down near him. The physical speed of most things is dampened, really. Above all, there is an intense feeling of waiting near him.

Robbie is affected by his own winter stillness and is distinctly more patient in this season. He can intensify and reduce the aura within about thirty feet, but it tends to linger for another ten feet beyond that range. He in no way negates speed powers or anything else, just sort of... makes it seem more appropriate to either slow down or move in abrupt bursts.

Biography: Let's not talk about how his parents met, or how Robbie was conceived. Suffice to say that his mother, a deer-based druid, spent some time as a sheep for undisclosed reasons and had an awkward encounter with a local dragon. When his idiot dad came back a decade later, it was. Uh.

Let's just go with awkward. That was when Robbie learned why he had such an awkward middle name, and why he had horns and wings and other things that his mother worked so hard to disguise when he was out among humans. She was a few centuries late to be properly protected by her druid status, and had to blend in rather than walk boldly among the magicless. Being from a family that used to hold the throne also... complicated things.

Fast forward past two hundred or so years of living alone, raging at everyone and himself, moving around constantly because someone would inevitably notice him doing something decidedly nonhuman, he finally ended up in a magical community.

He kept raging, and had to leave in a hurry because he pissed off a bunch of pure-blooded dragons. Very large, very proud pure-blooded dragons.

He's kind of, uh, been in hiding for the past thirty years trying to get them to forget about him, but now he's super lonely NOT THAT HE'LL EVER ADMIT IT GAWD and uh. Yeah.

Robbie is new to Manta Carlos and very annoyed by not knowing where things are. AND BY PEOPLE CALLING HIM A SHEEP.
