City Life
The bustling city grows every year. What started as a small village is now a prominent mark on the island. It's a beautiful city filled with life and noise, but it also has a darker side if you care to find it. This area encompasses the entire city outside of unique locations.
City Hall
The City Hall is an important cultural part of Manta Carlos City. It offers legal counsel, marriage, and large event halls for hosting dances, concerts, exhibits, feasts and other festivities! Consider it a cultural enrichment center above all else, because when it comes to being an Islander, this is one of the most important places for connecting with others.

Oceania Park
The local park located in the heart of the city, full of greenery and wildlife. Playgrounds and hiking trails are some features of this recreational hotspot.

The Strip
This area of the city, known as "the strip", is home to a different kind of environment. Night clubs, an assortment of bars, luxurious sex hotels, casinos, and "special" shops can all be found here. When the sun sets, the strip is ablaze in all its neon glory.

Criminal Underground
Every city has a dark spot, and Manta Carlos has more than a few. The criminal underground encompasses all those shady parts of the city, from the street famous for it's illegal magic (if you know who to ask), to the part of town where no one will speak to the police.
