Shoot. Okay. Um. So, I'm leaving this Saturday for college. I expect the immediate future to be pretty busy with adjusting to both caring fairly completely for myself and the different workload, since I'm an incoming freshman, so. Yeah. I probably won't be on much or be able to do many replies ;;;;

I had really meant to get a lot more posts done this week before I left, but I'm just. Really really nervous. I've never really been away from home for any length of time, much less given as much freedom as I'm being given now. I've always had my mom on my case to study and do my work, and spent a lot of time just lounging around with my family. So yeah. It's ;;; an adjustment. Okay, enough rambling. I've just been too nervous to concentrate on rping, or even much else aside from spending as much time with my family as I can and having mini breakdowns.

I feel like shit, because I'm so so behind on replies and there are a lot of future plots to get to and now I'm just sorta disappearing ;;; again ;;;; I apologize profusely to my current and possible future thread partners. I just.

Sorry ;;;; I completely understand if any or all of you guys want to drop any threads or plots, and I definitely won't hold it against any of you.

DAUGHTER, HAVE FUN AT COLLEGE~~

It'll be all right, I promise you. It might be a bit scary at first, but once you get into the tune of things, you'll find that it's kind of like high school, only everybody is more mature, the teachers are more on the level (because you are an adult now!), and you have more independence. And I know you'll have Rouge there so you won't be completely alone with strangers!

Everybody is nervous the first week or so. Just remember that at this point, everybody is at the same stage. You are all going to college for the first time. There's no right or wrong here. Ask the questions you feel need to be asked, even if you think they're stupid (because if one person thinks of it, the general assumption is that so have a few dozen other people who are just choosing to stay quiet), and if you see somebody interesting, go ahead and talk to them. Maybe you'll speak to them again, maybe not. This is really the stage where it's okay to make lots of "mistakes" because that's expected. Nobody's going to blink an eye at it. If you do anything "wrong," I'm pretty sure it's going to get washed away in the rush of excitement that is the beginning of freshman year. And if it isn't, then it'll be one of those things that you can go and laugh about later.

Above all, just have fun, okay? Study, too, but you can find a good balance between the two! In no time, you'll feel like you've always been a college student.

-cuddles forever and ever- I hope the nerves don't get to you too badly, it must be tough to move away from a place you know so much about. I would't how it feels to move away, but I do hope that it doesn't get you down too badly. Enjoy the freedom, the new experiences. ^^ It i just another step to take to better yourself. <3
