It's that time of the year again, folks! Hopeful candidates, get ready your speeches, rev up those confetti cannons and prepare your campaigns because it's time for the Student Council Elections!

This will be the Elections to determine who will get a seat in the Student Council for the first semester, with their reign spanning from September 2016 - February 2017. All Students from Grade School to College may run for a seat and represent the interests of the student body, though Citizens and Teachers can lend a hand in their campaigns.

The event will function as a posting spree spanning from September 17 to September 24, lasting about a week. Please prefix your threads with EVENT and OPEN if it's open and tag them with student council elections so members know which threads to join. The winners will be the top 5 posters for the spree. All winners get a medal
along with a position in the Student Council! The positions available:

1.) President
2.) Vice President
3.) Auditor
4.) Treasurer
5.) Secretary

Roles are determined by pick order. For example, #1 may pick Treasurer if they want that role specifically.
