Shorter descriptions:
Basil Velius: Lives in special Eldritch Dorms.
Milo Constantin & Nilesy Felis: Live together as Starlight Academy dorm roommates. Nilesy has it filled with things that scream dark magic, as well as a lot of books and homework. Both of them have a lot of clothes (Milo has a scarf collection, and Nilesy is Nilesy). Milo being there means there are always rats excitedly running around, domestic, wild, and spirit alike. His side of the room is also pure pastels, cutesy things, and soft. He has a shelf of shoujo manga.
Clarence, Valentine, & Alva Crowther:
Live in Crowther Mansion.
Damon Vesper: Lives in a small apartment in a shady building, in the nastier part of the city that's still not quite the Underground. Notably, keeps expansive collection of hate mail in a file cabinet in his room, next to his desk, laptop and mess of paperwork. Also has such a huge hoard of snack food in his kitchen, as well as lots of takeout in the fridge. Has to go shopping for ordinary, practical ingredients. He owns a lot of whimsical movies, and box sets of crime shows. Lots of blankets and pillows, big comfy couch. Pictures of his daughter scattered around, rarely with him in them, especially around certain ages. A picture of him and his ex-wife when they were teenagers is in there somewhere if you look closely enough.
Bennett Kozlov: Resides in the CEO suite of his business' main high-rise building, on the very top floor. It's in a bit of a modern loft style. It has a balcony, although not much access to the roof. It's not meant to be lived in by more than two people at the most, and is more for personal use than party hosting or anything. Notably has a very large office space for working and not being bothered, as well as a good kitchen and lounge area.
Sasha: Lives with Florentin in a villa. Having his own room is mostly just for show, as for the most part he sleeps in Flor's bed. His room is modest and comfortable. Notably, he has a lot of romance novels and to a lesser extent, adventure-fantasy books. They're all lighthearted and sometimes outright cheesy. Sasha doesn't give himself a lot of freetime, but when he does have it, he likes to curl up with a pleasant story and let it give him fuzzy feelings. He has a small selection of clothes, and a bigger, more interesting selection of weaponry.
Alaric Draganarakta: Lives in a recently self set up mansion, described below.
Rhys Felix Arkewright: Expensive as hell penthouse with his sister. It has spiral metal staircases and nice balconies, as well as a roof view from a terrifying height! Perfect!
Klaus Rosales: He has like, ten different houses and apartments or something scattered around in different locations, as well as hideouts, safehouses, and the homes of friends and lovers he hangs around in. His 'main' house is a place right near the strip, squeezed right between the other rows of buildings and flashy lights, no room for alleyways on the side. It's tall and thin, around four stories high and with two basement levels, one being a normal basement (with a lounge space, some storage, and alcohol with a small bar) and the other being a hidden entrance to the underground tunnel system. The first floor is a living room and kitchen, second is recreational space and library/treasure hoarding and display, third floor is guest rooms, fourth is a large open space with Klaus' bedroom, office, and more personal/most valuable items/clothes hoarding. It's a nicely kept place with bold red, then black and white colors, and a sometimes mismatched style past that.
Tobias York: Lives in an apartment above his store. He never allows anyone in, as it's an absurdly messy, stalker/hoarder heaven. He doesn't joke around about that, and it's pretty intense. The cleanest room is the one with his computer setup, which also happens to be very pimped out.
Finnegan Leighton: Lives in a fairytale cottage, and has a nice office at SA, described below.
Logan Delacroix: Lives with mother, stepfather, and half-siblings in a small manor, in the rich part of residential. They're rich, but not ridiculously so, not at all. Poorer people wouldn't be able to tell, but richer people would know right away.
