Treats, No Strings Attached

Logan was absolutely endeared! The Rosales sisters really were far too precious. When he heard the announcement, he put aside his work for a while and made his way to the student lounge, putting the pressure of elections out of his mind so he could spend some time with his friends. Anthia and Sherry were both allies of his, after all. Having them on the council with him and Dorian was the ideal.

Not wanting to go empty handed, only taking their gifts without giving in return, the unicorn brought along a few homemade berry and meat pies to share (labeled appropriately, of course, for the sake of any vegetarians here). When entering, he set the offerings down on the food table and went over to hug Anthia. He felt close with this girl, after spilling so many of his secrets to her. He gave her a squeeze then grinned. "How lovely and thoughtful of you girls. This is so nice. Let me know if I can help with anything-- and I have pies for you!"

He chose a blueberry doughnut and iced tea for himself, nibbling and sipping at them, smiling. He loved his indulgent treats! "You two set this up all by yourselves, huh? That's so cute."

Dorian came by not too long after Logan did. He shared a different view with Logan. Unlike him, he didn't really see these people as allies yet. They had no loyalty for him. He had to be careful. As cute as they were, they were still a mob boss's children, and he was vigilant for any and all sabotage.

Of course, that didn't mean he couldn't enjoy their company. They were still pretty cute, and they could have a nice afternoon together. Why not? Dorian, like Logan, didn't like coming in empty-handed. He had a basket of French macarons with him in different colors and flavors. The perfect, elegant finger food.

"Hello, loves," he said, waving at them. He set the macarons down on the table. "Is that London Fog I see? Wonderful! I haven't had that in years."

Sherry was so happy to be able to already make two of the candidates have something to drink and eat. She didn't want any hard feelings between any of them, but of course there was no strings attached to this. For the Rosales sisters, it was more so for the fact that they could, and wanted to. Her smile grew large as she looked at Logan enter and take his choice of the selections. It seemed like clockwork that Dorian came in right after. "I'm glad to have you both here!"

It was always obvious when Gwynaria was nearby in the school. Her hooves were quite loud on the tile floors, and even more so if she was in a rush. She was concerned she may miss something important if she didn't hurry.

Much to her surprise though, Gwynaria stepped into a casual environment for those running in the student council! Now she felt rather silly for rushing.

"Oh no..." Gwynaria said with a laugh, catching her breath for a moment. "Had I known, I would have brought something!"

Oh how everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Even though her and her sister had only done this out of the kindness of their hearts, it felt a lot better to know that people actually cared. Two more people walked in, both seeming as if they really appreciated what they have done for them. Though only one of them had brought something in return, that wasn't the point of it. It was just sweet enough that people thought about them too, that it wasn't just being a one sided friendship. "Vinnie!" She said, giving a smile to her, before waving at the new girl, someone she hadn't met yet. Then, her sister took her hand. "We did do it! I can't believe that some people actually showed up to this, as I thought that would have to be eating and drinking all this alone!" She gave her hand a squeeze. "I'll let you pick what you want first, as I will just take whatever's left."

"Oh… Well I'm sorry, I just wasn't sure what to pick either!" She giggled, finding it amusing that they couldn't even decide on a single thing to eat or drink. She looked at the options that were still left, wondering how many more people would come and how much more they would have to give. The last thing that she wanted was to have nothing for people. "I really like that idea! I would love to be able to try a few more things, let's make sure that we have enough for anyone else wants to join too!"
