It was a simple open art event. Utilizing some resources, Anthia was able to set up an arts and crafts workshop within the art building. She of course acquired the academy's permission to do so, so there were no problems there. Basically two of the large art rooms were reserved for an open event where people could come in and create art. There were tools to create paintings, sculptures, origami, and even sewing-based handicrafts like crocheting. She managed to get some assistance for this event; so for each craft there was a student able to show people how it was done if they were totally lost. She herself was the origami helper.

Anyone could walk in and test anything out. There was an abundance of supplies and tools made available. Fliers were placed all around the school to advertise it. Places where the artistically inclined would hang out especially were targeted. While a campaign move, the two main purposes of the event were to teach and relax. It was a lax environment to chill out and do stuff in as a break from usual classroom shenanigans. The sun elf just finished making a swan with someone. She flashed a smile and stood up to place the two swans with the rest of the origami pieces on display. It was like a impromptu gallery of student work.

Now to make sure someone didn't decide to break something.....

Art, one of the many things that Sherry seemed to be branching more into. As of now, she knew that she was so world famous artist by any means, but she was getting better every day. When she heard about her sister's workshop, there was nothing in her that was shouting for her to miss out on this. With her long hair braided into a fishtail braid, she walked into the first room, hoping to see her beloved family member. "Annnnie?" It echoed a bit, but Sherry stepped forward, acknowledging many of the different stations.

Anthia managed to hear her name being called from somewhere. From the sounds of it, it was from one of the entrances. She turned around and glanced forward to see if there was anyone around she recognized. Sure enough, there was Sherry over nearby the paint gallery.

"Over here, Sherry!"

She waved her hand as high as she could as she walked around the table. Her first action was to go and hug her sister the moment she got close enough.

"I'm the origami instructor. Want to do it with me?"

"Ah!" She said enthusiastically as she waved her hand to signal herself into the room. She moved forward, joining her sister in for a hug. Sherry loved hugs. "Oh, of course I want to be a part of that!" She walked over to the table with a wide smile, making it obvious that she wanted to be there. It was quality time with her sister! "Hmm..." The orange haired girl said, wondering as to what type of figures they would make together. "Do you have anything in mind that may be easy for me to do?"

Anthia nodded. At each art station, she had some ideas listed as suggestions for those whom were unsure what they wanted to make. Glancing at the origami list multiple times helped her internalize various shapes. Plus she just happen to know a bunch anyway.

"Let's make you a crown! That's fairly simple. Then we'll see what to do after that."

She noticed the fishtail braid and was reminded of the beautiful Elsa from the movie Frozen. It made her think of queens, so naturally the crown origami came to mind. There were multiple crown variations, but Annie decided to teach Sherry a pretty yet fairly simple one.

"Let's sit down over here."

She directed her sister to the table. She gestured to one chair and then sat down in the chair next door to that one.

Anna was seated with one art student teaching how to make sculptures and art supplies out of recycled material. She was just here as a student, not a student-council-applicant so she was determined to have the most fun.

Her current project had been a glitter covered pirate ship made using old milk containers, newspaper, pop cans and scrap fabric from the sewing tables. The completed project was a fine piece of work, but the supervisor had told her to let it sit and dry.

So she went to the sewing area to build herself a kitten-sized eyepatch, and then to the origami with Annie to build herself a sword. Assuming Anie knew how to do that. Hopefuly she did. At the very least Annie could help her make a pirate hat, right?

"Oh! I love that idea!" Making crowns was something that seemed really cute. Maybe overly cute? "I hope that it fits well, and it's sturdy." If it was, Sherry would totally wear it for the rest of her time trying to get on the team. With that, she nodded to her sister and took a seat in her chair, pushing it up after a few seconds. "Hm.. What color where you thinking of?" She asked, making her long braid behind her shoulder for maximum origami making.

She noticed that there was someone else moving around, kind of all over the place in fact. She wanted to stop them, to say hello and wonder if they wanted to join her and her sister, but they seemed kind of quiet. The face of her seemed familiar, but Sherry wasn't sure why. "Want to make a crown?" She asked in a low voice, which only meant that she wasn't 100% sure that she wanted to ruin her family bonding time.

"A bright color that pops off of your hair nicely. There's many different color choices here...."

Anthia contemplated what would go best with the braid. Suddenly a small girl approached the table. She was unsure of the girl's intent, but clearly she wanted to craft something out of paper. Being that she was the origami instructor and the event runner, she had to make sure all of the attendees were happy.

"Um...do you want a pirate hat?"

She guessed based off of the accessories the little girl held. They all seemed like appropriate items for a pirate to have. The sun elf found that cute.

Solomon Sage Sinclair

Sage was quite impressed by the art event. He'd always loved to create and such a way, even if hsketching was his only notable artistic talent. No matter. He enjoyed viewing others' works just as much as he did making them!

Sage primarily lingered around a sketching table. He spent the first few minutes admiring some of the more intricate drawings before settling himself down to work on a drawing of his own. It was very detailed - a dress, one he'd been meaning to sketch out for some time - and took shape quickly. Yes, given the chance, he'd have to find the material to make it. Actually... Was that a sewing machine? And... cloth? Was there enough to...

Sage took his drawing with him as he surveyed the crowd. Soon enough, he located Annie at the origami table and, this being her event, headed on over. "Hey, Annie!" he said, "I'm loving this event! An arts and crafts fair was a great idea." Sage decided he'd ask about the sewing area in a bit. He didn't want to be rude.

Caelin Rhodes Rosales

Caelin was absolutely hyperactive. Oh, she was just loving this fair! Art, art, art EVERYWHERE. And origami galore! Upon arriving, Caelin had immediately hunkered herself down at the origami table, her fingers flying through folds with practiced ease. This is what she'd been doing every day for the past three years. This was what she loved. Already, several intricate creations had already littered the table. They existed in several different colors and textures, all sizes, and their images ranged from simple hearts and flowers to bigger things, like 3D animals and even a house with windows.

Caelin was currently working on something she'd been wanting to do for a while, something that was bound to take her the rest of the fair and maybe a few days after. It would be a 3D tree, full on branches with each tiny leaf detailed in its own right. A cherry blossom tree, specifically. Caelin's eyes darted between the chosen images on her phone and the paper between her fingers. She was so focused, she hardly even noticed when her sisters began conversing.

Anna hopped up and down clapping. Annie must be some kind of psychic.

"YEAH! I wanna make a tiny little pirate hat, like, kitten size. Or maybe I can make a pirate hat and a crown and I can be a kitten pirate queen! And I wanna make a sword. Do you know how? And can we make them sparkly like my boat? Ooooooooo and pink! Do you have pink paper?.

The little girl eagerly awaited the answer to all her questions.
