While she has curves, it's evident that she's still growing. It can be tricky to identify her exact age due to most of her face being covered in bandages. Her slender frame and lack of color suggests she has rarely gone outside. Speaking of her bandages, behind them are horrific burns. Her flesh is utterly destroyed and peeling; it's a dark red and purple mixture with the eye permanently closed. She can barely open her left eye. For some reason, there's a red line on her neck only visible when she's not wearing any collar or necklace.
Her wardrobe is mostly comprised of maid outfits. Yeah. She doesn't really have normal, not-servant clothes. She isn't really aware that her attire is questionable. Some dress are more western-style; others are visibly Japanese.
Personality Description: Minikuiko is a shy, withdrawn girl that doesn't know how to interact with people. Due to her adoptive mother's abuse, she's a heavy downer that sees herself as ugly. She doesn't understand how anyone could like her or find her attractive. This makes her naive and easy to manipulate, clinging to people willing to give her the time of day. Her lack of social experience makes her unable to tell what's real kindness and what isn't. She's willing to talk, but she mostly listens. She has an intense love for performance art and still wishes to become an actress. Theatre is a good way of getting her to talk.

Biography: Long ago, Mini ended up in an orphanage as a baby. They weren't sure who the parents were, but they couldn't leave a poor baby alone. So they took care of her and looked after her for the first few months of her life. When she was nearing one, an actress came along to adopt a child. While initially the actress planned to get an older child, something attracted her about the lost baby. She took the baby in as a marketing ploy to better the public's perception of her. When asked about the baby's name, she stated it was Mini because she was a "tiny bundle of joy".
In reality she found the pale child rather ugly and gave her the name Minikuiko. When in public, the child was Mini. When behind closed doors, it was Minikuiko. Growing up in the callous actress's care, Mini grew to accept this. When she was towards the end of the kindergarten years, the actress saw her career fully tank. She was a has-been. A type-casted one hit wonder that grew "too old" for the industry. This infuriated her and led to her being abusive towards her adoptive child as a way of coping.
Despite her adoptive mother's maltreatment, Minikuiko held dreams of one day becoming an actress. Being like one of those pale geisha that graced the stage with their beauty. Their skilled fingers working magic on the shamisen as they sang of times long past; in front they stood as lovely fragments to Japan's rich past. When not attending lessons with her tutor or serving her demanding mother, she secretly practiced songs and modeled in front of a mirror. That all changed when her mother's rage got out of hand.
The actress was shot down after auditioning for a role she thought would be her comeback. In her rage, she threw a pot of boiling water right at the young girl. The girl was going to finish preparing her mom's meal when this happened. The results were nasty. Most of her face was entirely burnt and deformed by the incident. When Mini first looked at her face after the incident (and some hasty treatment), she cried. Cried and cried endless tears.
She would always be Minikuiko. She would always be hideous.
Minikuiko walked around with her face permanently covered by bandages. She was not allowed outside anymore. No visitors were permitted to see the girl. Her mom forced her to be alone. Her studying would now be continued online. Minikuiko's loneliness and misery resulted in her youkai abilities showing. As she slept, her neck would begin to extend tremendously. It was as if her head was trying to escape its awful life. Her mother witnessed this and was horrified, even more insistent when it came to keeping her from getting outside. She even began to wonder if she adopted some sort of demon child.
Reports of weird neck ghosts and a never-seen child reached the island's ears. The neighbors had no idea what was going on, but rumors were going rampant. The island had to at least confirm if this was supernatural or not. Thus Douglas was on the case. Attempted questioning of the actress would've led nowhere if it wasn't for Minikuiko having passed out from exhaustion. Her head began to extend to the living room. "Help....me...." Needless to say, she was taken to Manta Carlos after that exchange. The mother having no problems with letting them take her away.

- Put Your Neck Into It: Minikuiko is the kind of rokurokubi that can stretch her neck. It can coil around objects and within spaces like a massive snake. She's able to stretch it to the length of a football court. It...doesn't really do anything else. It can't really "break" in terms of bones (She doesn't grow more bones/spine when it extends), but it has the same durability as a normal human neck. As in the flesh can easily get cut into/damaged/bruised/etc.
Passive Abilities:
- No Guillotine for Me: Beheading Mini does not kill her. In fact, her head can be reattached to her body without consequence. The red line on her neck is actually a special magic seal protecting her from dying of such a fate, revealing a mystical red thread that links between her body and head. This does not protect her head or body from being destroyed by...well, anything that would destroy a human body. There's no cutting the thread though because it's really just a visual representation of her soul, not an actual physical piece of thread one can interact with.
- It Flies?!: In the event of a beheading, the head is able to float on its own. The idea is that the head will float over to try and reattach itself to the body. It moves slowly and can be intercepted and damaged.
- Youkai Lives Are Long: It'll be at least several centuries or even a thousand years until Mini dies of old age.
