"I try to avoid caffeine when I can, though. I don't usually need it to be awake and, well. Hummingbird physiology. My heart goes fast enough without help, ha~"

Plus she was jittery and distractible enough already. Oh hey, she could see her reflection in the elevator wall! Her hair was super messed up. How did it even get like that?

Well, however it got like that, apparently it wanted to stay that way. That wasn't fair at all.

"Mmmmm, sometimes I fall asleep. Mostly just at night, though. I haven't really crashed during the day since I was a kid, not without having a cold or something. Do you think I'm too hyper? I can talk less if you want." No need to scare off a new roommate on the first day! Okali knew she could talk a lot.

Ooooooh Okali didn't really come down here! Ever. Like, she hadn't actually been in the garage before. She didn't drive, had no vehicle, and didn't actually know a lot of people with vehicles well so....

"You have your own vehicle?" Back to being bouncy and excited.

Charming and adorable? Well, those were both things that helped people be remembered, so Okali could roll with the description. Or, uh, bounce. She bounced right up until Crista plopped a helmet in her arms, at which point she...

was kind of too weighed down to bounce properly. WELP.

Even buzzing her wings didn't take much of the weight, and Okali had to just walk back with Crista. "I've never been on a motorcycle. Are they fun to drive? They look like they would be. I see them zooming around the road sometimes."

A ride? Really? Okali managed to bounce into the air at that, though it was decidedly shorter and less airborne than it would have been without being weighed down.

"I'd love that! It sounds great!" Deliveries? What ki-- oooohhhhhh right, pizza deliveries! Okali could take up the same footprint as a pizza box! And it wasn't like pizzas were stored on end or anything weird, because then they'd all slide down and squish if they weren't enchanted against gravity but that wouldn't be very cost effective would it? Nope, not at all.

"Really? That sounds awesome! I'd love to meet them!" And pizza wow. If it tasted anything like Crista smelled, Okali was 190% up for eating pizza and chatting with her new roommate's parents.

"I LOVE PIZZA!" Okali spun around, almost lifting off the ground with the helmet's momentum boost.
