Appearance Description:
Rum stands at about 3'7", taller than her brother by a few inches. She's pretty lean, as far as goblins go. Rums eyes are large and tend to twitch with her latent madness every now and again. They're a bright electric lime color as well. Her skin is a dark forest green, and she has both a button nose and pointed ears. Her ears are pierced, and her piercings are rather strange. Her left ear has a small vial hanging from it, a translucent yellow liquid held within. She has two similar vials hanging from her right ear, one filled with a grey powder and the other filled with a rust red powder. Her hair is a burnt orange color, and she keeps it tied behind her in a ponytail, with two bangs framing her face.
She normally wears an old, worn bomber jacket, along with a large t-shirt, that is basically a dress on her. Under the shirt, she wears shorts. She generally wears combat boots as well.
She is also frequently seen with a small satchel that has a bright yellow symbol on it to signify the contents are explosive. She doesn't let people touch that bag.
Personality Description: Rum is a bit unhinged. Ever since she was a young goblin, she's been fascinated with explosives. She loves watching things explode, and almost always has some form of explosive on her. She doesn't have the best set of social skills, choosing instead to retreat into her slight-madness, creating an imaginary friend that she calls 'Sarsaparilla'.
Rum talks in a fast, excited style, frequently repeating herself or interrupting conversations by talking with Sarsaparilla. Rum tends to use insults when people don't understand her, as well as She tends to get annoyed when people interact with her while she's having a conversation with Sarsaparilla.
Rum quite enjoys pranking people with her more harmless explosives, smoke bombs and flash powder and other such things. She's pretty mischievous, tending to dismantle things just to get at the components inside, as well as putting others in situations that will make it easier to get materials.
She's outwardly pretty friendly however, she just tends to be more focused on her explosives.

Rum has the ability to see the exact chemical makeup of something she's touching. If she puts her mind to it, she can chemically disassemble something, separating things into their base elements. She can do this mentally, and she does have a minor sense of telekinesis when she's doing this. It does take concentration, and the more elements present in an object the more difficult it is to separate. It takes longer as well.
While she is separating things, the object in question is put in a kind of stasis. This means that should she cause something to become unstable, it wont do anything until she releases it.
Rum can't do this to anything she wishes. Organic matter is locked to her powers, so plant and animal matter is untouchable with her powers. Magical items or things with enchantments also cannot be touched by her ability.
Biography:
Rum and her twin brother Coke both grew up on a secret military testing ground. A joint operation between graduates of Starlight Academy who left Manta Carlos for the mainland and governmental forces, the purpose of the base was to train soldiers who were gifted, along with select special forces in combat against the ever-present threat of empowered enemy forces.
She distinctly remembers becoming interested in explosives when she was merely five, watching a training exercise involving an RPG. She watched the weapon fire, streak toward the target, and explode into glorious fire. She watched the flames streak upwards, debris flying all over. It was absolutely beautiful.
Rum became an ever-present fixture during the ordnance training, at the grenade range, anywhere there was a chance for something to explode it was likely you would find her around. It became very well known that she was not to ever be in possession of matches, but she still somehow managed to keep a hold of things that caught fire and exploded.
She discovered her unique ability after trying to get the trace amounts of Americium out of a fire detector without any tools. After that day, Rum became much more trigger happy with her 'experiments'.
Her life changed when she was about 18, having been home-schooled by tutors on the base for her high-school career, and starting college courses online. Her father became very ill, and eventually passed away a year later.
She moved to Manta Carlos along with her brother, enrolling in Starlight Academy. As the boat that carried them approached the island, she wrung her hands with glee at all the new materials she'd have to play with.
All the people who didn't know better than to hand her chemicals.
