Daniel smiled, shaking her hand. "It's nice to meet you Okali. I don't usually forget those who crash into me." He laughed, smiling.

"Anyway, you were saying about wanting to help? I'd be happy to have you on the team." He said, smiling brightly.

Oh this was turning into plotty stuff! Okali really did like being involved in random things, and plotty stuff was just plain great. She flitted after Daniel, proving her wings were uninjured by the collision (and also she'd just had sugar so she should probably use some of that up by beating her wings).

The library was fun, but sitting and reading forever was boring even if the book was good. Plus librarians didn't like noise, and Okali didn't like being restrained. Being restrained was boooooringgggg.

Daniel led her into the library, back into one of the private study rooms. After posting a flier up, he smiled and sat down.

"Okay, Okali?" He said her name once again, double-checking the pronunciation of the hummingbird girls name.

"So, do you have any questions for me about my campaign first, before we get to brass tacks?"

Hum hum hum, random little song. Okali flitted around the study room for a few moments, peering at whatever passing thing caught her transient interest, but then Daniel was talking so she spun around in midair and perched on a chair.

"Ummmmm you aren't planning on trying to do anything bad and stupid, right? Or being super boring and unmemorable? Otherwise, it's kind of all cool. Your candy idea's a good one. Candy is great."

Her wings buzzed behind her in little bursts. There was, ah, a decent amount of sugar in her system right now.

Daniel smiled. "I'm only running for secretary, so i'm not going to have carte blanch authority on a lot of stuff, but my voice would still be there." The libriomancer chuckled, running a hand through his hair.

"I appreciate the approval of my little campaign idea. If you want to help, i'd have to ask you to not eat my coins though."

Words. Lots of words. Fancy words. Okali swung her legs under the chair, leaning her elbows on the table so it didn't roll away and take her with it. That would be awkward, hahhhhhh.

Awww, no eating the coins? "They're really good, though," she pouted, sliding her face down between her hands a bit. "Can I eat the rejects?" She bobbed upright again, nearly lifting off her chair for a moment.

Danny smiled. "I can put aside a few for you, but the majority are promised to my girlfriend, she has a bit of a sweet tooth." He explained.

"Can you tell me a bit about where you'd be able to deliver fliers and hang stuff up?" Danny asked, leaning forward on the table.

Yaaayyyyyyyy sugar. Sugar was so great. Okali hummed a bit more, not even bothered that it wasn't going to be much sugar. She was just happy that she was going to get candy at all.

"Oh! Well, I can fly, and hover, so I can put them pretty much anywhere. Kinda depends on how creative you want to be and if you want to mess with any rules. I could paper some ceilings if you like, or do the outsides of windows that don't open." She grinned. "Or be boring and play by the rules and just put them on official bulletin boards like you've been doing."
