> Allan Manuel.
Allan didn't give much thought about Seneca's musing about the dreams. For all he knew, dreams also just work like memories do. Although having to be placed in a collective dream made Allan question that idea a little. He never thought collective dreams were possible. Then again, if mass hysteria was a possibility... Ah, nevermind.
Allan would have laughed at the analogy Seneca gave him. It was spot on, he'd say. And that was probably something that made him sad about his power.
"Excuse me for saying so, but maybe sometimes it isn't always a bad thing. I have no experience with divination, of course, but I suppose there can be a certain closure in knowing how somebody's story will end. Some might perceive it that way, in any case."
It may have taken Allan a little more than a couple of seconds to think of what he said. Allan never liked endings for one but he certainly didn't like knowing the ending before he knew what was even going on and yet. Maybe Seneca had a point.
"I.. guess you're right," he muttered finally, "I guess for others, that could be the case. I guess sometimes that could be like... a time limit... so they could do what they want..." he mused aloud. Allan heaved out a sigh, "I guess I get a little selfish too, you know. The anxiety... getting attached to someone and then saying goodbye... it doesn't always feel good."
