Coatzin was taking a small walk around the campus’ courtyard, she didn’t had anything else to do at the moment and she decided to just chill for a bit. Usually she would fly instead of walking, but right now she just wanted to explore a bit and maybe meet a couple of students like her, and since she had noticed that guys with the ability of flight were pretty rare around here it was obvious that this would prove to be quite a challenge if she just decided to open her wings and start flying around the academy instead.
The sun landed gently on her colorful feathers, making them appear like if they were somehow glowing, the light that was loosely reflected on them mixed with her movements giving out a small effect that tricked the eyes to think that the colors were changing, even if they weren’t at all. Her yellow viper eyes looked around her carefully, taking quick notice of all the students around her. Most of them were with their own friends, talking or studying, and even with her friendly behavior she didn’t felt secure enough to just walk towards one of those groups of students and say hi.
It was then when she noticed a girl with dark brown hair walking alone as well. She immediately started to walk towards her, the portion of her tail that wasn’t curled around her waist and abdomen moving from side to side rather elegantly. She still wasn’t used to her new surroundings, so she didn’t dared to allow her long tail to move freely, fearing to accidentally hit someone else with it, make them trip or having someone stepping on it by accident “Hello there!†She greeted cheerfully before waiting for the girl’s reply, that way she would be able to know if she was in the mood to talk or not.
