Summarizing what I remember of cbox plotting earlier.
These moose are magic, and are the descendants of the great magical moose that came to Manta Carlos to further their education long ago. They live somewhere in the forest?? but at least some also live in the city.
In order to be recognized as an adult and have adult privileges like respect and social permission to get laid, all moose must learn to fly in some form.
Flight is not a built-in feature of these moose.
There may also be an app called Antlr (ty King!). No using it if you cannot yet fly.
I AM MAKING HELLEBER (potentially Ler; more discussion or are we in agreement?) who will run a corner store with a stoic fist, lineface, and several hudnred pounds of giant moose man muscle. And an enchanted shotgun.
He/they/tbd willingly takes responsibility for any small moose in their/tbd territory and will also shoot intruders in the face.
