Let’s see him now! Ugh, if Mikistli had been talking to her outside of her head she was sure that she could’ve left her deaf, but since it was just a thought the only thing it did was to make her flinch for a second “I would like to meet him, but are you sure that he isn’t busy at this time? I know that it’s the calmest part of the year, but still. I don’t want to be a bother” Coatzin knew that sometimes her overly friendly behavior mixed with her huge curiosity could easily become really annoying for some people.

If you’re are going to ignore me would you at least give the mirror at the girl? I would like to talk with someone that listens And give you the chance to try order her around? I don’t think so Mikistli obviously felt a bit angry by her counterpart’s answer to her request. She would need to have a chat with her that night. This was a golden opportunity and she knew it, if Coatzin was too soft-hearted to let it slip she would need to find a way to take advantage of it on her own.

Tamara paused for a moment to think. Well, she often visited him during her breaks and he never actually shooed her away when she did. Even when he was doing something he didn't... seem to mind? Ah but of course, Coatzin should be a special case. If her father wasn't going to grant her that time then Tamara never had a hard time trying to pry him off his work. But if he was particularly busy, he always had a way of appearing threatening...

"I'm sure Father will have time to spare to at least meet you today..!" she told Coatzin, the sound of her voice was cheery and almost a bit excited. Well, Tamara was after all introducing a deity; he would be happy to meet Coatzin! She was a bit happy about the idea that she almost went and took Coatzin by the hand if her logic didn't catch up to her. That would be rude, of course.

Tamara stepped to her side and made a gesture towards the school, "Please follow me.." she said before turning to walk, "He'd be glad to meet you, too, Coatzin. I just know it."

Well, weren’t those wonderful news? Apparently Coatzin and Mikistli were about to get some answers from an old wise sorcerer, that was far more than they expected to get when they came here, and also a lot sooner as well. Coming here couldn’t had been a better choice indeed.

Coatzin didn’t even hesitated when the girl told her to follow her, the portion of her tail that wasn’t wrapped around her body moving quickly from side to side, allowing the world to know that she was feeling pretty excited about the whole thing. She could feel that Mikistli was feeling pretty darn excited as well “I really hope he does, I obviously will be extremely glad to meet him as well!”.

She knew that this time of the year was the calmest for the school staff thanks to the summer vacations, but she still was wondering if there wasn’t some work to keep them busy after all. She also was a bit worried, if the man had any mirrors or any surface reflective enough to be considered as such Mikistli may try to talk with him herself, and the last thing she wanted was her to end up ruining the meeting with her chaotic behavior.

"Father is quite welcoming, you see. Especially if he considers that person to be unique; special," Tamara explained. Coatzin was beyond that definition if she would be asked. Though I do quite hope you wouldn't mind if he starts asking a number of questions, Coatzin. It's very much like him to." Tamara's face might have been expressionless but the sound of her voice in Coatzin's head could make it look like she was so giddy of the idea. Kind of like a little girl introducing her new friend to her parents which is... how it probably seems for Tamara anyway.

The hallways of the building seemed pretty empty, save for the other students who were left behind in classrooms doing their own business. Tamara would simply ignore them because there were other important things.

"Ah, I must tell you, the telepathy spell will wear off soon. I may need to preserve the talismans and I would need to have to write down what I need to say," Tamara spoke as they walked, turning her head towards Coatzin, "I'm quite used to it already, but I hope you don't mind reading constantly."

Coatzin listened to Tamara as she talked, yet being careful to also pay attention in front of her to not accidentally walk into someone or something “I won’t mind if he asks anything to me, really, after all, it would be fair for me to answer his questions if I’m going to make questions too, right?” She shrugged a bit with a carefree smile, the silence of Mikistli was more than enough to let her know that she was already thinking about the questions that she would want to ask, it was a bit strange for her to see Mikistli this eager towards anything.

“I don’t mind, don’t worry” She really didn’t mind about her not being able to talk to her telepathically, it wasn’t like if anything would truly change after all. She still could communicate and that was more than enough for her. She looked around the halls constantly as they walked, obviously a bit nervous, wondering how Tamara’s father could be and if he really held the answers to all their questions.

She took a deep breath and tightened her tail’s grasp around her own body only a bit in an attempt to relax. She knew perfectly that Mikistli was going to try to talk with the sorcerer personally, even if it was through a mirror, and she would eed towarn them about that so they wouldn’t freak out.

"Ah, that [/i]is true. I suppose I am just a bit worried it might not be something you'd like to deal with but if that is so, then I will no longer argue," Tamara responded. There was skip in her steps as they made their way down the hall. half of her was indeed wondering what Tucker might be up to that moment but she figured he wouldn't have gone back to his apartment this early. She hoped so.

She noted how Coatzin got a little more nervous as they got farther down. Well, Tucker did seem intimidating from how other people know of him (that is, those who know who he really was) so maybe Coatzin could be feeling the same? Tamara frowned inwardly, Coatzin should be scared of a mere mortal-- er... mere human.

"Don't worry too much, Coatzin. Father is quite friendly," she said stopping at the door. They were already at the faculty room. "One moment."

Tamara knocked on the door a few times but she didn't wait for a response before she opened the door. Tucker was there by the window, another book in his hands. Though the book had a fine leather cover with some gems on it. It was one of his spellbooks she guessed. "Father?" she called out, the telepathic message send directly to him

"Tamara, what have I told you about the talismans?" came Tucker's voice. He didn't really need to look. She knew very well the sound of Tamara's voice in his head.

Hearing Tucker speak, Tamara opened the door wide, and turned to Coatzin, "Mm, he's here. Please do not worry," she said nodding at Coatzin to follower her inside, blissfully unaware of Mikistli's plans. "Father, I believe someone is requesting inquiry."

Tucker's eyes flickered towards Tamara and saw Coatzin standing behind the girl. Well, what do we have here? Tucker turned to them, "Hm, a friend of yours, Tamara?" he mused.

Coatzin smiled a bit as they reached a door where Tamara stopped, she just supposed that they finally had reached their destination. Coatzin already had a lot of questions on her mind, but she obviously didn’t want to be a bother by asking more than she should, so she just picked the questions that she considered the most important, these being the ones of how to control and use the Animae Commuta spell and Mikistli’s mirror question…even if she knew that trying to ask it would be a bit too hard.

She could feel Mikistli growing impatient, maybe a bit too impatient. It was obvious that she wasn’t nervous like her, she just wanted answers and she would get them one way or another. Coatzin just hoped that she could be at least somewhat respectful towards this sorcerer, she knew her way too well and knew for sure that Mikistli could be quite…especial…and rude.

Coatzin took a deep breath before walking inside the room, right behind Tamara, keeping her rainbow feathers flat, the last thing she wanted was to make a bad first impression by puffing up at the worst moment and look plain ridiculous. She could already see Mikistli exploring all the reflecting surfaces of the room, searching for the best ones. Since she wasn’t even trying to make herself present at the moment, she was completely invisible to anyone but her…she just hoped that she would stay like that for a while.

“Hello Sr. I’m Coatzin, Coatzin Yoliztli” She politely introduced herself to Tamara’s father “I was just wondering if I could ask a couple of questions to you” Coatzin was more of the casual way, so keep a polite way of acting wasn’t exactly easy for her, but she was trying her best. She could feel Mikistli looking at her from…somewhere around his room, she wondered what surface or mirror she decided to use but she wasn’t going to look around for her just yet.

Tucker let out a soft chuckle as he gently closed the book in his hands. It was a leather-bound book, its cover was studded in gold and gems with unknown writings. He took note of Coatzin's calculated movements; he could easily tell she was a little on edge and for a moment, it made him curious.

Though, like Tamara the first thing he'd noticed was her general appearance. Her human shape was there but the colorful plume and serpentine appearance was too obvious. The same can be said said about Tamara's reason for using a talisman when he'd told her to only use it in dire situations. He supposed that was pretty vague, considering Tamara's thought process and having seen Coatzin seemed pretty dire for her.

Tucker gave them a gentle smile in response, "Pleased to meet you, Coatzin. Tamara seems to have met interesting people from her stay here," he said walking to his desk, a little ways far from the window he was standing. "You can take a seat anywhere. The other teachers are out — probably taking a stroll." Tucker laid the book on his desk next to a mirror he'd left there. His eyes were on the two girls to notice anything odd going on though he was aware something was off.

"Since you're here, I'm guessing Tamara has told you about me, then?" he asked Coatzin, though his gaze was on Tamara whose attention seemed to be permanently glued to Coatzin. "So, what do you want to know, Coatzin?"

Coatzin was trying her hardest to keep her wings and tail from moving too much, not wanting to make a mess around Tucker’s office with them by accidentally knocking anything over. Usually she could control them pretty easily, but at the moment her emotions were betraying her a bit.

She took a seat near to the sorcerer’s desk, careful to have a seat near to her so Tamara could sit as well. She still felt a bit awkward around anyone that practically adored her, but if that made Tamara happy she wasn’t going to complain and let her do whatever she wanted. When he put the book down on her desk she almost let out a small shriek, noticing Mikistli on the mirror on it. She could tell by the slight transparency that she obviously was still hidden from Tamara’s and Tucker’s sight, what was plain awesome.

At the sorcerer’s first question she just nodded, but it wasn’t until the second one that she took off her medallion, handing it to him so he could check it “My father gave this medallion. It has the Animae Commuta spell, but he forgot to tell me how to use it, so I wanted to know if you know how to do it” She shoot a quick glance to the mirror, noticing Mikistli’s annoyed glance, she obviously wanted to know how to reak her curse, and she wanted to know it now. She just hoped that she had enough patience to wait until she got her own answer.
