The title was a joke, obviously. I want alive characters for my Thorn. I guess I'd use dead characters if I decide my character to be a grave-digger, though...
Okay, no more jokes, straight to work.

Prosperine 'Thorn' Destinee
17 | 20th Oct | Female | Human
A nice, hard-working girl, who had ran away from her own world, because it forced her to be evil and kill innocents. She couldn't bear the thought of cooking children alive, let along eat them alive bit by bit, so they keep struggling with pain. Nah, she is way too nice for that. She gives pigeons food daily, helps out poor people, sing to birds...now, you must have got a fairytale character in your mind by this personality. No, friends, unlike the princesses in fairytales, Thorn actually gets angry, actually shouts, and is independent. The idea of waiting for a charming prince to kill the dragon and save her is sickening to her. She'd rather try to death to get out of her problem than depending on men. And rescuing men is a dream of her, since it will change the line from 'knight-in-shining-armor saving damsel-in-distress' to 'damsel-in-shining-armor saving knight-in-distress'. Yeah, sometimes it's the princess who kills the demon and saves the prince.
She's at SA to forget her hard past and begin her future.

Wanted:

- A cooking mentor: Thorn likes to cook. And to live the rest of her life indepently, she needs to learn cooking atleast. So I need a teacher who could teach her basics (since she can't even make tea, leave making an omelette alone). The teacher should be near her age, so they both could talk and mingle around, possibly be friends even.

- Friends: Yep, one or two friends at most is what Thorn needs most right now. One friend should be girl, I guess, and the other could be any gender. Know that Thorn is not the type of girl to be a cheerleader, and she'd rather ride horses and play sports than squealing and shrieking - so she'll do fine with a boy character.

- Nemesis: Ah, a nemesis. You always need someone to bully your character, right? Well, it's that way for me. My ideal nemesis would be a girly girl, probably a cheerleader, who hates Thorn because of her boyish clothing (this reason is terribly lame) or whatever reason - you decide. [BCOLOR=#00ffff]UPDATE: Fulfilled.[/BCOLOR]

- Boy Bully: IF I get the girl nemesis first, I won't need this one. If I get this one first, I won't need a cheerleader to bully my characters. Boy bullies are something like teasing and taunting victims all the time and calling them nasty names and something like that. I have never been a boy, nor a bully, so I literally don't know about it. Just bully my character however you think you should bully her. (wait in character bullying is allowed right?) Just know Thorn is the type of girl who could fight back sometimes. Sometimes, I said. [BCOLOR=#00ffff]UPDATE: Don't need this anymore.[/BCOLOR]

Crystal Briar Jackson
17 | 25[sup]th[/sup] March | Female | Human | 11[sup]th[/sup] Grade

Crystal is a good one when it comes to hide secrets, for she is hiding a big one of her own. This cute girl
is home for good-girl vibes, and is intelligent and good in studies. Though most of time she's out of attention,
she can be pretty bold when it comes to standing up for anything she wants. This nature-loving girl's time is spend
in doing environment-loving things, reading dark-humored and depressing novels (for it makes her forget her own
problems) and searching in library for a book which knows how to cure curses that aim at memories. Crystal is
out-going and loves to visit different places with one or two friends at most, for she doesn't like large amount of
crowds and too much attention makes her feel uncomfortable.
Crystal has a big weakness, one she intends to keep hidden. Every 04:32 AM, she forgets everything except two: her name, and her notepad. She knows she’s Crystal Briar Jackson, and she has a notepad she needs to look in to remember where she is and what’s going on. Every night before sleeping, Crystal jots down whatever important happened that day, and go to sleep. So when she wakes up next day, she holds in her panic and read through all the notes of last week, and then she finally calms down.
The Deal:
I have made a rough sketch of how Crystal's time is supposed to spend here, though there are some
plot loop holes you need to fix with your characters.
Crystal is new to this academy, and she's trying to fit in. She wants to settle down, make friends, try to live a normal life.
It goes alright for some weeks, she gets friends and roomies, minor rivals, and she's getting better at controlling her weakness and power. Perfect live she could dream for.
But soon enough, something because of her little 'secret' goes wrong, and now she's determined to overcome all her fears and go in search for something to break her horrible curse. And she needs her friends to help her.

Wants:
Friends: Two or three friends she needs. One should be cheery and energetic, the kind who would try to make her be more social and come outside her shell. Others should be anything your character is. And yeah, I'm looking for characters who's human (or can change in human form; that can be vampires, werewolves, demons, etc) AND who's either her age or in her grade.
Minor rival: The kind who'd spread rumors about her, and likes to tease and taunt her. Nothing major, just a simple person.
A teacher: For any *magical* subject your character likes to teach (potions, spellcasting, magical creatures' study, history of famous creatures, future-telling, etc). I would like Crystal to take some classes before she sets out on her little adventure. I would make threads for Crystal, her friends and the tutor for nice in-class roleplays.

Other: PLEASE NOTE, I'm new to roleplaying, and I might not be the best roleplayer out there. If I make a mistake, tell me and I'll correct it. If you no longer want to rp with me, also tell me and i'll look for someone else. If YOU are a beginner, too, join me and we'll practice our skills everyday :)

I'd be super down to throw Cy at her to use as a Friend. I imagine her outdoorswoman'esq vibe would gel really well with his love of nature and the like, not to mention he is in dear need of some friends as well!

While not being of her age…and even less species, I can throw Oliver at her as a cooking mentor. Usually he’s a cheerful and friendly intelligent kitty-cat with outstanding cooking skills with his favorite thing to do being cupcakes (He even owns his very own bakery!). The cute kitty would be more than happy to teach her to cook, give her life advice and even be a friend and a kind-of-father-figure to her if needed…however, don’t ask about the locked room behind the storage room inside his shop and even less get in there unless you want things to get ugly…Oh! Also she would need to be ok by having 3 hellhounds around, as those are Ollie’s pets.

If you decide to not go with this option I’m completely ok with it.

I also have Coatzin that I can throw at her as a friend, her cheerful and kind personality could be a nice change from the things she had to go through.

Oh, do I have the character for you! Candy is the type of girl Thorn probably would hate with a burning passion. She's a literal barbie doll, obsessed with all things girly, and is definitely trying out for cheer. Not entirely sure whether she would purposely harass Thorn, her intentions are almost always good, but her extremely chatty/girly nature could get under her skin fast. She could make an interesting friend, being the total opposite of Thorn, and could provide some interesting wisdom. However, she could make an excellent rival as well, but there's not a mean bone in her body, Thorn would have to *really* irritate her in order for that to happen.

@Ballerina Well, that's an awesome news! Seriously, I'm more excited to have a rival for my character than a friend xD. Can you explain how to get on Candy's nerves, so I'll be preparing my character for it?

Hmmm... The most offensive thing for someone say/do to her would be to something insults her nature. Some examples of the things that would annoy her the most would be: implying that she's dumb because she's girly, showing off being a human/making fun of the fact that she's not anymore, or bullying another student for not fitting in with stereotypes. I'm really excited to start posting with you!
