Wanted For Tay!

Okay I have a few things I need for Tay! First off for plot reasons I need the serial killer that murdered both sets of her parents (biological and adoptive). Ideally they'd be part of some criminal organization that is wanted by the FBI. Tay doesn't know that the two murders are connected but she will eventually find out and confront the killer.

Number Two! Tay needs a dorm parent of some sort. She is an orphan again and takes a while to trust people. She is very traumatized by her adoptive parents murder and still can recall it vividly. She has nightmares a lot and sometimes flashbacks of her holding her adoptive father as he bleed out.

Finally Tay needs a roommate! I don't really have anything I really need for this but I'd be great if they were a really kind person!

That could work the only thing is that in Tay's history her biological parents were killed by a car bomb and her adoptive parents were killed with guns of some sort. (Tay was also injured in that one) I could maybe change up the history a bit though!
