He pulled and pulled, but his teeth snapped shut and the bracelet still remained. He wasn't able to break it...Why? He should have been able to bite through the metal as if it were candy! His nostrils flared and his thick brows furrowed. Cross was furious and like any caged animal, the big man paced. He couldn't feel the inner wolf, he couldn't bite through the bracelets, and he felt caged. What the hell was going on?

Suddenly, the wall beside him hissed as the panel parted and opened, causing him to look directly at the staff members sitting in their cozy little chairs. All of them sat and stared as if...As if they were better than him. What the hell? Cross particularly snarled at the one particular man who scowled right back. Yeah, he's the one in charge... He had to be. The man had this aura of authority that made Cross want to punch through the glass and strangle his neck. How dare they lock him up!

"Yo, i'm not gonna do shit until you guys explain this bullshit!" He roared and drove his fist against the glass. THUD Shit. He didn't even break it and that only made him more upset than he was before. "What did you assholes do to us?!"

Matthias looked around, a bunch of freaks were around him. He couldn't sense any other vampires, he couldn't sense anything he felt like a mortal at his point. He saw Lochlann pacing the floors, two goblins who looked like they were terrified and Ravi and Iridian were next to him. He didn't know who any of these people were, just as he was about to stand up and tell everyone to calm their shit he heard a noise and a wall opened up revealing a desk and some glass.

At hearing the doctors orders Matthias stood up and was about to attack but suddenly Cross got up and punched the glass. Matthias sighed and didn't even try standing in the center of the room, he may as well listen until he gets this collar off. Then he can hurt whoever did this to him.

Slammer? Iridian must've processed the word wrong. To start with, she wasn't supposed to be in any sort of prison-like place. She hadn't done anything wrong, unless being in the library late at night was wrong, which, when she had last checked, wasn't. She was about to say something when two things happened. The first was that a guy woke up, and immediately said something about bracelets being just for girls. Iridian didn't wear bracelets, and she was a girl. Second, two girls she was guessing were friends or sisters or something began to freak out. For a few moments, she watched them, debating on whether to help or not, when the wall opened. There was people behind them. Two lines. Sort it out. They must have worked out this was a mistake. She sighed in relief but, of course, some jerk had to ruin it. The guy who complained about the bracelets went for the glass after realising he couldn't chew his bracelet off. He failed. If she wasn't so anxious about what was happening, she probably would've found his failure funny, but it was more of a disappointment. And she was not standing up with all these people around and not one of them having a deathly presence, with the risk of either getting hurt or embarrassing herself. Let them have their moments. Then she was getting in a queue and disappearing back to Starlight.

Aiden sighed.

Someone always punched the glass. Though the doctor's face was calm, on the inside, Aiden almost hoped Cross broke his fist. Of course, he didn't wish this completely because then Aiden would be the one treating it, but he at least hoped it hurt.

"You did this to yourself," Aiden responded. "The sooner everyone forms two lines, the sooner we can begin."

And then, because he did not like the noise the glass made when the man punched it, Aiden said, "Sir, Please return to the back of the line. Violence is not tolerated here."

He folded his hands neatly, his face a perfect mask of patience.

"Who is next?"

The two goblins were terrified. It wasn't the strange new environment or the fact that they were dragged here against their will, it was the fact that they had lost each other. The inhibitors they wore cut off a psychic connection they had since childbirth, leaving the two isolated from each other in a way neither was truly familiar with. As the students began to organize into queues, the two goblins were remarkably hesitant to move. However, they eventually found themselves each shuffling off into separate lines, still staring at each other but waiting to see what was happening.

Ravi continued his terrified squeaking when Aidens began to speak, and flinched badly when Cross punched the glass. Ravi stared with wide eyes as people began to stand and get in line. He was looking around, but faces were starting to meld together...He felt his breath hitch in his chest, and decided that maybe...Just maybe...getting in line would get him out of here...He hoped.

Ravi hesitantly stood, and got in line behind one of the small green girls, shaking like a leaf in a hurricane. He pulled his ratty cloak around him tighter, his eyes darting quickly around. He hoped this would be over soon...

Hudson heard the noise from the hallway, before he'd even enetered the room. He couldn't see it, but the sound was distinctive enough, the noise of a body part slamming into heavy bulletproof glass. With any luck, someone had just punked (or he supposed kicked) the glass, and not actually been thrown into the glass.

He popped open the door behind the two other staff members, stepping into the processing room to take a look at the newest class. He closed the door quickly behind him, giving the room a quick scan and finding nothing all that out of the ordinary. They were here because they were problem students, and it was hardly surprising when someone got riled up and decided to punch the glass or something stupid. Already students were trickling up to assist Dr. Hart and his fellow worker, and Hudson made no move to take over. His work would come after - with the students who wouldn't even behave enough to get in a damned line.

He probably looked more like a hands off administrator - like an old man who cared little for the youth of today.

"Anything particularly notable in this bunch?" He asked Aiden in between students, keeping his eyes on the class.

Basil very neatly entered a line, amused now both by the slight signs of chaos as well as paperwork. Paperwork more so, because damn if he didn't have a lot of it to go around. He vaguely knew some of these people, had seen them around. A lot of them were on the shadier leaning. Aw, Basil wasn't shady. He was just an abomination full of corrupting energy that hung out with shady people. There absolutely a difference, and Basil was as charming and innocent as a kitten.

Milo crossed his arms and let his sharp eyes flicker around. It was bright and pristine here and he didn't like anything that was happening. But he was starting to get a better grasp of the situation, at any rate. He had clearly been stolen away somewhere, and those around him didn't seem like the cleanest group- wasn't there a juvie island? Milo further scowled at that. He'd been getting in too many fights lately, and he'd been warned about it. At least they couldn't know about the other things he got up to.

Milo entered the opposite line, very purposefully avoiding the sleek dark kid who was giving him a headache and looking all too relaxed with the situation.

And then Milo thought he saw something familiar, a dirty cloak and a ridiculously small individual, and he smelled rat. Oh no. No, Ravi couldn't be- oh god, it was him wasn't it, and knowing him he must be terrified, he was shaking nonstop-

"Ravi?" Milo hissed, trying not to catch anyone else's attention. He felt anger threatening to bubble up, how could they do this to this tiny kid, probably almost give him a heart attack- but he had to be smart here. Having an outburst or acting threatening would only get him stuck in this situation longer, and less able to do anything for this baby rat.

Ravi was still shaking when he heard someone hiss his name. The small teen squeaked in surprise and spun around, his cloak flaring up behind him as he did. His eyes widened when he took in Milo.

Before Ravi could stop himself, he had launched himself forward, wrapping his arms around Milo's waist and holding the taller boy tightly, beginning to sob into his shirt.

"M-M-Milo!" He squeaked softly, between choked sobs. He was terrified, and seeing Milo gave him a rock to hold onto. His metaphorical port in the storm. "Wh-whe-where are w-w-we?" He asked quietly, chittering in the language of the rat.

Milo was lucky he had a resting jerk face because even with that he was struggling not to look like a huge watery eyed loser at this tiny kid wrapped around his waist. He inwardly squirmed a bit, and let his hands settle onto Ravi's back, rubbing comforting, gentle circles.

He settled into the ratspeak easily, pleased by the fact that both most wouldn't be able to hear it as it was at too high a frequency, and that even if they did they probably wouldn't understand the squeaked and chittered words anyway. Oh, no, Ravi's stuttering was killing him. He gave the baby rat a squeeze. "I think... I think it's Juvie island. Shit. I'm going to look out for you, okay? For now we should just be careful. As much as I'd like to do... quite a number of extreme things right now, we should wait and try to cooperate. Try to not seem dangerous- it shouldn't be too hard for you, at least." Ravi was so small and visibly distressed. It was breaking Milo's heart but, it'd work to their benefit.

That was. A good way for Milo to think in order to not make a scene, yes. He knew that wouldn't help, that other guy didn't get anywhere and just put a target on his back, but the temptation was strong. And emotions weren't logical.

He kept his control, though, because he knew it wasn't just his safety on the line here if he messed up.
