Appearance: Cadence cares a lot about her appearance. She has an athletic build from lots of swimming, which works well with her height of 5’10, but her skin dries easily due to the same reason. She has dark blue hair, that is often confused with black if it is dense, that is not quite straight but not quite curled and often adorned with a hair accessory of some sort, be it headband, clips, or beads (or whatever else that catches her eye), along with bright green eyes that are her favourite feature. Cadence is one of those people who is in on all the newest fashion trends, and isn’t afraid to show it. Her wardrobe sports an outfit for pretty much everything, from masquerade balls to a morning jog.
Siren Cadence is similar, except for the fact her legs are replaced with a sea green tail complete with scales all over it, as well as her sides and arms up to the jawline, and her hands become webbed similar to fins to help her swim faster. Otherwise, she doesn’t change. This only happens when in water, which means she will never, ever work as a lifeguard. Ever.
Personality: Cadence is one of those people who can - and will - find a way of getting exactly what she wants. She can be seen as selfish, since she puts herself first, but she does have everyone else second. If it means nothing bad will happen to her, she’s totally willing to help, especially if you’re family. She is generally charismatic and her hobbies include music, shopping, and reading soppy romantic novels. Despite the fact she will flirt with someone, or charm them with her powers, she will not be your girlfriend (though she won’t mind having dinner with you - free food). Speaking of food, Cadence loves it. As long as it is organic and won’t make her fat. Though she will cook pretty much anything (except onions, since they make her cry). She is pretty much a diva… but still, a diva with a heart.

Sound Kin - Cadence, like other sirens, can use sound (normally singing, but speaking and music can be used) to charm others. In mythology, this is used to lure sailors to their deaths, but Cadence would much rather use it to lure people to let her have the designer outfit for free. She can make people do as she pleases, to some extent. It doesn’t work on other sirens, for example. Along with this, the charming process is fairly tiring, though quick. If it lasts for too long, she could become exhausted, and it needs a cool down period of a few hours.
Musical Ability - Cadence can play any instrument and sing any song. Obviously not both at once. She has a natural songwriting ability, and can learn how to play in little over a minute, professionally. This ability is often helpful with the sound kin, and is a minor ability as it is not used extremely often.
Skills (Non Magical): Seamstress - A suitable job for Cadence would to be a seamstress since she is good at sewing and designing clothes. She does enjoy doing it but she also finds it frustrating at times if it is not going her way.
Biography: Cadence was born as one of twelve children to two happy sirens, that, unlike wicked sirens, were kind and cared for the ocean life. She was “blessed” with ten sisters and a brother. She was one of the first to leave, being thirteen when she left home searching for a better life. For a few years, she explored the oceans, to one day come across Monte Carlos, where, she did not know at the time, her siblings’ path will recross. Aged 17, she went to school and studied fashion design at the collage available there, widening her knowledge of music and aspects of human culture, eventually blending in and becoming like them, completely unaware that her brother, Sai, was always close to her, and her sisters. She did not believe she would see them again, and decided eventually the past was in the past, and she had moved on with her life in this new world that seemed better than the one in the ocean. They had an interesting home, that still surprises her. She loved the fact that she had her own apartment, a place she didn’t have to share. Cadence often forgets her roots, and doesn’t think she will ever return to the sea, especially her hometown.
