"This is my first time in a school, I only experienced home-schooling," Mizuki mumbled fast and silenlty because she really don't know if she wanted the boy to here her reply. Her priority right now is not to make the boy angrier than he already is. She quickened her usually strides to catch up with him.

She heard him when she asked her about her name with the same tone when he was using back when he had found her. Her reply took some time. "Mizuki, my name is Mizuki Yuki." This is the first time she had to saw her name to someone. Other people had always knew her before they even meet. It made her feel exposed.

On the other hand, she was glad he said his name first. Her gaze focused on the cat named Yun in front of her. They are definitely and completely different from each other. He can say what is on his mind while she could barely hold a conversation with someone. His face is full of expression, even if Yun had only shown her annoyed and irritated looks. On the other hand, it takes Mizuki a lot of concentration to keep a proper smile in her face. Clumsy as ever, Mizuki has stepped on her loose shoelace and tripped majestically. Her embarrassment prevented her from getting up.

"Well, you'll adjust. I did; I had a tutor for magic before... things happened and I came here, but if you're used to listening to someone talk and learning from that, you'll be fine. You can't talk as freely during class, but most teachers will talk outside of class if there's something you want to discuss."

Mizuki? Random thing to have in common. Partial ethnicity but not race.

Wait, did she just fall over? Yun looked over his shoulder and sighed at the sight of the girl stretched out on the ground. He waited for a moment, but when she didn't immediately get up he turned around and walked over.

"Hey. You okay?" He patted at her face with a paw.

Mizuki stayed in her position even after Yun noticed the event. Grace. A maiden from the Yuki main household must always be graceful, like the sbnow falling from the sky, in everything she do. She must show power and majesty even just be walking. The poor girl wondered if all that she learned back then disappeared when she entered the school.

Her face is red from falling face down. Foot steps of Yun the cat can be heard louder indicating that he is walking towards her. She slightly flinch when he patted her face with his paw. "Hey. You okay?" She heard him ask.

Pushing herself off the floor, she went into a sitting position. She sat there while staring seriously at the feline. "Hey Yun, would you like to be mine?"

That was not what he had turned back to hear. Yun hissed, ears pressed hard against his skull, and swatted the girl instead of patting her. He still kept his claws sheathed but there ought to be no mistaking his disgust.

"No I do not want to fucking belong to you," he growled. "Has none of the "I'm a person not a pet" rant made it through your skull yet? The only person who gets to call me theirs is me, and if you suggest something so rude and stupid again it won't be paw pads hitting you."

He spun with a fuming huff, fire tail lashing dangerously close to Mizuki's hair, and stalked down the hall.

Rejection. A single word that made her feel so bad about herself. The one thing that triggered her self doubt to push its way to her mind. She was used to be given anything that she needed but this would be the first time she wanted something (in this case, someone) and yet it wasn't given to her. Unconsciously, she manage to stand on her own and began walking without minding where she was going.

The words Yun said before were still raining in her ears. How could she even say that? Was she possessed by something or she acted on her own accord. Her hair still feels warm after his tail barely missed it when he spun around. She fixed her hoodie that the cloth is hiding most of her face. She can no longer face him. She wanted to call out to him but she would stop herself every time. She admits that it is hopeless.

Perhaps, the recent drama has put her in a emotional turmoil that she have long disregarded what is happening around her and in her body. She didn't notice her eyes starting to glow and her hair growing longer by the passing minute. The temperature around the two is starting to drop.
