I let some stress get to the better of me and went into one of my negative spirals like I kind of tend to do.

I think it's safe for me to make the guess that many of us have been in a negative spiral before and taking time off can be very helpful when you need some space. If you need to do it again, there's never any worries. We'll always be here and happy to welcome you back!
