∘ Niisu refers to herself is Inoue because she has severe amnesia. The more she remembers, the more she forgets, due to one of her powers.
∘ She's 0'11'' - supernaturally short, but has flower-petal themed wings that let her fly. She's more like 5'10'' in her dreamscape, however. Furthermore, she might get glamours to make herself taller in the future or maybe she can make fruit that will shrink people when eaten.
∘ My starter post is usually pretty long, like 600-900 words, while subsequent posts are somewhere around 300-600 in word count.

First and foremost, Inoue's sexuality swings completely towards other women. While she makes an effort to hide her feelings due to her traditional upbringing, there will always be times when she doesn't catch how she's expressing herself, which can lead to embarrassing situations like staring at another woman perhaps a little too closely!
Regardless, I'd love to get Inoue into some sort of close relationship! There could be plenty of places this could go. Inoue has only been taught what she knows of the modern world by a mage in a confined space, so she's yet to experience a lot of it in person. Inoue would find being shown what others would think is rudimentary a romantic time - perhaps others would find her love of music interesting, or perhaps her religion or her outdated fashion sense? Things could get closer up until Inoue outright forgets the person she's been spending so much time with, which would be a twist of drama! The moon blossom would have to be reminded about the other person and remember as time went on, but then her soul chasm affliction would eventually be revealed. I think it has potential for interesting plots! Hopefully someone else does, too.

Inoue is plenty friendly with other people, though she may rub others the wrong way with how she acts with others. Giggling at someone applauding, for example, might weird some people out. Or they might think it's cute? Not only that, but Inoue's absolutely horrid memory could also rub people the wrong way. At the very least, she tends to trust people at face value - to her own detriment, in fact! Regardless, there's plenty of things Inoue could bond with other people with. Even if they aren't religious like she is, Inoue still loves music and collecting phones. Inoue likes gardening, flowers and nature in general - which is good since she's essentially a flower as well! Inoue is generally a rather curious person in general, though she's not a big fan of surprises or changes.

Inoue could be the antagonist to someone unknowingly; her soul chasm ability allows her to drain away the life of someone under very specific circumstances. Depending on how the victim sees it, Inoue could be seen as a villain!
More directly, Inoue herself isn't prone to doing anything that would deliberately make enemies. Her propensity for forgetting things and even people along with her awkward social skills could help make enemies, though! The best chance for making enemies is Inoue's obsession with collecting 'treasures,' which is anything that she believes houses some manner of kami or benevolent spirit. She can possibly go so far as stealing from some people if she believes the situation is 'grave' enough, such as a kami in danger of being desecrated. Something that would 'justify' the crime in her eyes.
As for trying to get Inoue mad? That's actually not too hard. Lie to her; she's almost guarenteed to fall for your lie unless it's incredibly obvious. Once she finds out it's a lie, she'll get pretty mad. There are other (often obvious) ways to make an enemy out of Inoue, though lying is the easiest way! The only question remains if she would forgive or trust whoever wronged her again, which would vary from person to person. She might simply hold a grudge against someone because they gave her a 'funny look' that she hasn't forgotten. She can be somewhat arbitrary sometimes!

Crystal has a big weakness, one she intends to keep hidden. Every 04:32 AM, she forgets everything except two: her name, and her notepad. She knows she’s Crystal Briar Jackson, and she has a notepad she needs to look in to remember where she is and what’s going on. Every night before sleeping, Crystal jots down whatever important happened that day, and go to sleep. So when she wakes up next day, she holds in her panic and read through all the notes of last week, and then she finally calms down.
