  • The facility doesn't refer to it's residents as inmates, instead preferring to use the term patients. Patients, whether willingly committed or sentenced, are all outfitted with power nullification bracelets that prevent the use of their gifts. These bracelets are only removed in the case of power training and therapy.

The focus of a patient's time within the facility is rehabilitation, and a combination of therapy techniques and constructive activities are used for this purpose. While the exact level of security and options vary depending on specific circumstances, the facility itself is extremely comfortable. By default, patients have their own private quarters, although occasionally they may be allowed to double up if the staff believe it would be both safe and helpful for both patients.
