Argya lowered her head for a couple of seconds, falling silent. She had a lot of questions, maybe more than she would like to admit, but most of them would be a bit suspicious and she had to be careful when asking them. But…Tao was proving to be a really good friend and really comprehensive. She ran a hand through her silver hair, taking a deep breath to relax “Well, sometimes I had caught myself wondering if running away from home was a good idea. I don’t regret it and I had more experiences traveling across the world than the ones I would’ve had if I decided to stay…but I left after a really awful fight with my parents and I don’t know if I would ever be able to have the courage to see them to the eye if we meet again”.

She still could remember the fight, his father yelling at her and roaring while her mother cried behind him, unable to say anything. She knew that she wasn’t the only silver bjartskular that had been born from their relationship, that she had an older brother, but she couldn’t remember him very well, she was too young when he died…she asked to her parents a lot of times how he died, but his father only dismissed her with a dark saddened glance and her mother only broke down to tears and hugged her tightly, never telling her anything about what happened at all.

"It sounds to me that running away from home have been a good thing, well besides an awkward reunion if and when you decides to return." Experiencing and learning new things are good things, ever since he got here to this world he had learned new things daily. Some experiences where good, some bad and some which he couldn't classify as either good or bad.

Experiencing and learning new things are good things so long as you do not loose your family in the process, this Tao was painfully aware of. "I am curious though, are all bjartskular restricted from leaving home territory? perhaps as a superstition or was it just your family not wanting you to leave?" A part of him wanted to know more about her culture or peoples superstition however a bigger part of him was genuinely interested and intrigued.

When she decides to return…ugh, that single thought was more than enough to make her feel shivers run down her spine. She wouldn’t be surprised to find out that her parents already sent some royal guards around the world to search for her, she just hoped that they hadn’t reached America yet, then she obviously would be safe in Manta Carlos. If she was nervous about facing her parents, the royal guard would be out the question here.

She looked at him as he asked his next question, a troublesome one. It took her a couple of seconds to answer “Yes and no, my family is restricted for various reasons, work reasons, and if I want to take over the family business when I hit the age I obviously would need to stay there all my life, but I don’t know if I want that. It’s obvious that my parents want me to do so, especially since my older brother’s death. Most bjartskulars are allowed to come and go as they please, you have no idea of how jealous I am of them”.

She wasn’t sure if that would be enough to mask the truth correctly, but even if it didn’t, she knew that the truth would be unmasked sooner than later, she just hoped that it wouldn’t be this quickly.

"Maybe I am not so special as my people thought and that I am only special because every one individual is special in their own right, if I think of it this way then perhaps I wasn't formed to show the path but rather to seek the path the most suitable to me, then should not the same be allowed of you?" This wasn't the words of someone depressed or someone not knowing what a bjartskular was, he was simply deep in thought and while he used the word "You" as a word to describe anyone he where talking about both their situations.

Argya sighed a bit after hearing Tao’s words. He was quite a wise guy, she could easily tell that, though she wasn’t sure if he knew it at all himself.

“I wish that things were so easy…but in general, I’m with you on that” She kinda wished that her parents talked to him, maybe they would understand a bit more easily if anyone besides their daughter talked to them…but then Tao looked just like a human and acted like one in many ways as well…and her parents don’t like humans very much, so she wasn’t sure of how this would work out.

“I wish I could talk like you do…maybe, just maybe, that would’ve saved me from the fight with my parents…” Then again they were extremely obstinate, to the point where they didn’t listened to her at all before she finally snapped…but who knows?
