No plaque. The door was blank and nondescript, just a door set in the hedge.

Anh Sang would hang a right, and immediately have to choose between going straight and going right.

The door opens easily, pulling towards you. The interior of the room is seemingly empty, a simple ten foot circular room with a single other door on the other side of the room.
