Appearance Description: Teddy stands out most for one reason - he is translucent and light blue. While the fact that he is tall at a stately 5'6 feet and has no eyes might be part of his rather ethereal appearance, it is mostly his color that catches attention. When it is visible, anyway; Teddy has a massive penchant for impractical clothing, and his regular clothing consists of a trenchcoat and a top hat on top of a vest and a collared shirt. Many assume that this is to hide his translucency and color, but he simply really likes that particular style. White hair reaches to barely below his ears and instead of eyes he has two empty sockets. A thin mustache and beard are barely visible on his face.
Personality Description: Teddy is a cheerful and lively person, always having a smile on his face - which at times gets disturbing as he still keeps grinning even when angered or distressed. He also tends to go off the rails and do his own thing, and often adopts random (mostly mediocre) accents or personality traits depending on what strikes him at the moment. Simple observation would most likely lead one to consider him as hyperactive, which would be an accurate, if general, assessment. He has a bit of a tendency to fixate or obsess, and once he notices something that catches his attention, it is difficult to make him leave it alone. He does not lie.
To call him an idiot would be accurate... were one basing only on his exterior. A thespian at heart, Teddy is constantly in character, so to speak. While outside, he would seem like a harmless, irritating ball of energy, inside he is something else entirely. Inwardly cold, calculating, sharp and intelligent, surprisingly manipulative, and emotionally very distant, Teddy is a potentially highly frightening, intimidating and dangerous person. However, he is driven mainly by whim, which makes him subtle and very unassuming.
He is easy to approach, but difficult to get close to. Teddy is extremely loyal and would go to the greatest lengths to help people, but only those who manage to close the distance and get his actual, earnest and whole-hearted approval. Otherwise, he is apathetic.
Teddy cannot hold grudges (because his attention span is too short and his vault of fucks to give is nigh-empty).

Mana Constitution
Teddy, as a creature of composed entirely of mana, is subject to the advantages and disadvantages of most magical constructs. He has a physical and corporeal form, but that form can phase out when he wishes it to, simply by adjusting the mana density in whatever he wishes to phase. He can as such phase through solid objects and reform within them. He can phase entirely into solid objects as his control over his density means he can squeeze himself into subatomic gaps in matter - a recent discovery. He cannot willingly remove mana from his body to reduce the amount of mana he has to juggle around.
As a mana entity he recovers from injury at a more variable rate; in a mana - rich environment such as Starlight he can reconstitute his parts using the ambient mana at an accelerated rate and in an isolated environment he heals much more slowly than a normal person. Magic also affects him more than most because he is fuel for magic.
Being composed of mana also means that should he allow it, he can use himself to fuel the magic of others. It can also be done without consent though it would be weaker.
Recently, he has discovered interesting but ultimately rather pointless details of his powers. Drinking things allows him to change color to what he drank, which can either affect his whole body or parts of it. He also has extreme tolerance to the effects of any nonmagical substance he ingests.
Secondary: Inherited Skillset
As a clone of his "brother" Bartholomew, Teddy ended up also acquiring plenty of his skills. Since that man was a thief and all-around tough guy, Teddy has some similar capabilities. These most notably include:
his sleight of hand,
an almost disturbing penchant for stealth which both says something considering his luminous body, and does not come up often because he likes being noticed,
a flexible and above all pragmatic fighting style, using fists, kicks, a knife on a thin, 3-meter long chain on his person at all times, and whatever is in the environment,
minor expertise in lockpicking,
and an uncanny ability to get to hard-to-reach places even without taking his phasing into account.
Biography: While little is known about Teddy's past, this is more due to common sense than him being mysterious. After all, Teddy has only existed for a year and as such does not have much of a past.
His origins are rooted in a certain parasitical magic entity and a mad but idolized killer named Bartholomew Rector. Bartholomew, or Bart, was from Detroit and on a day that went horribly wrong, he witnessed his friends slaughtered in front of him. The shock was simply too much and he went mad, going on a killing spree that ended with several publicly hated figures dead, one hanging by multiple loops of his own entrails and rope.
Years later, after much wandering following his killing spree, Bartholomew was set upon by said parasitical entity and it assumed his form. Unable to take over, however, the entity ended up dying to Bartholomew, and in its place was left a hollow magical shell, which was blue and translucent. Teddy was thus born into the world.
The parasite originally intended to create a duplicate of Bartholomew but failed, leaving instead an incompletely - manifested mana inverse of him that obtained the opposite of its personality and self - awareness. Teddy would forever be driven by this self - awareness; he knows that he is simply an accident and a child of chance, forever meant to be a reflection of someone he has never known.
Desperately looking for a purpose in life, he took up all manner of distractions and paths, such as theater. They gave him drive and they kept him alive long enough for him to be noticed by Starlight. Knowing that he had nowhere else to go anyway, he accepted the call immediately.
