Name: Ikaktar, often anglicized / shortened to Ike
Age: 38
Birthday: August 1
Gender: Male
Species: Demigod
Category: Staff
Class: Predominantly High School, but has semi-regular lectures in college and helps during elementary events
Subject/Work: History (high school), Sociology and Social Anthropology (college)
Appearance Description:
-Dull blue eyes, slightly narrow
-Heavyset face
-Six feet high, with a toned, top-heavy build
-Clean-shaven, to avoid suspicious parents when teaching elementary students
-Wears a pair of glasses
-Always well-dressed
Personality Description: Ike is best described as being married to the job. Earlier on in his stint, the department had to force him to use his leave days, which he did - by offering to help out in the other parts of the academy.

Notably, Ike has a shorter temper (by a small amount) outside of class. His patience and understanding is limitless in the confines of a lecture hall, but in person he is capable of displaying anger and frustration, generally when people refuse to listen or be respectful to others.

Always amiable and flexible when it comes to the emotions of others, Ike suffers a little bit from his tendency to prioritize others (a matter of instinct). His patience may be limitless, but his stamina is not.

Ike likes playing mind games. Though he often uses these simply to get a better read on people who ask for his help, Ike is an adept manipulator, but easily succumbs to guilt if he feels he has tricked someone in any way.

Species Abilities:
Ikaktar Kamuy - As a lesser trickster god, Ike has a lesser god's physical durability. His physical capabilities (strength and agility) are on the level of a regular human, but his endurance and stamina are vastly increased. He is also capable of minor shapeshifting. When using this ability, he decides what he looks like, including his height, weight, facial features, voice, hair length, coloration, and distinguishing characteristics, if any. He can't appear as a creature of a different size, and his basic shape stays the same; if he's bipedal, he can't use this ability to become quadrupedal, for instance. This transformation lasts up to an hour.

Powers:
Ikaktar cirronup - Ike has a familiar, who like him is a shapeshifter, usually in the form of a brown fox. This particular fox is capable of communicating with Ike via telepathy for so long as they are on the same plane of existence, and Ike is capable of using clairvoyance but only to sense through the fox.

The fox can teleport short distances of up to 50 meters at a time, and disappears when not needed. Where he disappears to is unknown, but Ike suggests that he returns to the realm of the kamuy, from which Ike himself was exiled.

Offerings to the Kamuy - Ike has three relics with him, all offered to his lineage of kamuy and handed down to him by his divine parents. They all share a few properties. They are all only usable by him, and when they are taken or used by people he has not given permission, they disappear into a puff of smoke and reappear somewhere on his person. He can also summon these at will, in a similar manner. These relics cannot be sealed or bound by any means, as he may summon them regardless of where they are. Nor can they be disenchanted or rid of their effects. Lastly, they were all given shameful names and weakened as part of his exile, just as Ike was.

Cikapasi, the Pillar - A large wooden rod, roughly an inch wide and six feet long. It is physically indestructible, and can expand to twice its dimensions. When commanded to, the rod will stay where it is currently (it will stay floating if let go for instance), ignoring all attempts to move it, until made to move by its owner. Originally, the rod had no such restrictions on size.

Ukocanupkor, the Piercing Vision - A small pair of thin wooden rings. Holding them up to one's eye as if they were monocles allows the user to see through any physical obstruction within 200 meters, and allows sight of the invisible and the otherwise magically-hidden within the same range. The rings' vision have been weakened by the other gods, preventing their user from seeing anywhere desired as it used to allow.

Ociw, the Everflowing - A wooden box, similar to the offertory box found in many churches and shrines. Three feet on each edge, the box has a lid that can be removed by sliding. At the dawn of every seventh day, food may be placed within it, doubling its amount when the lid is closed and opened again. Where once it could replicate and reproduce anything that fit within it, now the box serves simply as a source of food once a week.

Biography:
Once, in the kamuy mosir
A cirronup - a fox
Lived among the kamuy.

But this one was different.
Mischievous.
Ikaktar cirronup, as he became known.

His tricks were playful,
at first.
Soon, the idle mind
sought new ways to fight off
the eternal scourge
of idleness.

With these tricks,
not even those that sired him
could take his side.

The fox hath lived for far too long
Far too long
Without consequences,
Repercussion,
Restraint.

They met, those kamuy,
and spoke of his fate.

"Shall we slay him, before he joins
the ranks of the ?"
asked one.
"He should be put down,
and his remains used
as offering
to replace what he took,"
said another.
Without agreement,
they bickered, and bickered.

Finally, a wise one
stood
and everyone fell silent.

"He shall be named 'ikaktar,'
and be sent away from our lands
to know the folly of his ways."

And so, the fox
was cast out from kamuy mosir
and fell into the world.

Forced to bear the weight of his
previous failures,
the fox

vowed to start anew.
