Hey so as you can see I'm new. I have read over the general things such as rules and a bit into what this site is about. I'll have to read in more later but my brain can only read so much all at once when its late at night ^^'. I was Informed of this site by a friend from another site, and after looking into a bit more I decided to join. I'll probably working on my starting girl right away but I still would love any and all help you guys would want to give and suggestions on what to check out and such as a new member. Anyways hi nice to meet you all and hazah for late night joinings of sites.

Thoth - Hey thanks for the welcome, I'll be reading over more stuff today but in the mean time would you recommend anything to really buckle down for me to read lore wise or something you think I should read over first? I don't want to make my character and have it conflict with the lore because i missed something when just reading over the general things. I'm not sure what her name on here is but I asked her and am waiting for her reply I'll let you know in my next reply or where ever we speak next when I know but I know her as Cat.

Clair - Thanks for the welcome, the site seems promising so far so I hope that doesnt change like some of the other sites I tried to join recently. Though I have a good feeling about this site so I don't think it will. Rping with you would be fun if yu want I could message you when I'm aprroved and we could plan out an rp to do together.


Kait - Thanks as well to you for the welcome, I'll be sure to ask around if I need help with anything. As a matter of fact since I see you hold the Dankest of Lore from your title do you have any noteworthy lore that you would recommend I read first or just over all read? It normally is a habit of mine to stay up pretty late so I'm glad that I will not be the only one being up late at night like I usually am.

There's a lot of lore on our wiki. I wrote chunks of it and i still need to get my ass in gear in writing up a lot of details.

You aren't required to read the lore, but it does feel nice to be consistent with everyone else about the setting. You could just want to skim everything over so you know where to find what if you want to reference it later.

I'd say the most important lore is on the about the academy page, if you're planning on making a student. If the question of how all of this magic stuff stays a secret comes up, this page about secrecy will give you a purposefully vague idea of that. There are also a bunch of other blurbs about the setting in the "Manta Carlos Islands" section of the wiki's sidebar.

Kait - So it would appear, your lore is far danker than I would have ever thought. I read though all of the veil and soon i should fully read through the rest of the school. Thanks for the links ^^! I know I don't have to read it all but you stated very acrrately the reason why I normally do try to read everything. After years on being on forms I've found things to become easier aka i find it harder to get embarrassed by messing up when I just read up on everything i can first. Though i think that may take me a few weeks to do that here due to the general amount of what you have on here and how slow i read. Sooooo basically right now im reading what i can while hoping not to mess up as I go along ^^' Anyways, thanks for the help Kait I really appreciate it! ... also how do you do tags here for notifying other members by doing those @ things? do you just type the @ then their name?
