[BCOLOR=transparent]Appearance Description:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] Jenny has Brown eyes, fairly pale skin, and brown hair thats ends glow a soft blue color that in mast lighting seems to just be blue ended tips but in very dark lighting they have the soft blue glow. She is 5’4” and 113 lbs with an athletic body. She usually wears striped tights, some form of boots, and a hoodie while her under shirt tends to change ever so often but is usually stripped like her tights, The main colors she usually wears are black and blue with the occasional gray. Her jackets usually have a bunny design somewhere on them. Jenny also has a small slash scar on her cheek under her left eye and is always seen wearing a pair of dog tags on a necklace. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Personality Description: Jenny tends to have the habit of hopping between being very socially active to avoiding any and all social interaction. Jenny can easily party all night though she now and days stays back to chill at home some times just to avoid some social interactions that could bring up too many old memories.

Jenny is by far never the kind of person to give up on things and people she believes in and is determined about easily and would and probably could go down and fail over a 100 times before ever thinking of giving up no matter the situation. She is very protective of those she becomes close to and tends to have a lot of faith in them even if they hurt her making her, at times, keep bad company around her.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Powers:

Energy Projection: [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent]Jenny can project blue energy through her limbs and eyes. This energy usually disconnects from her right away and when it does due to her not being able to reabsorb it she loses that energy which comes from her own body. This means that the more she loses the quicker she will become too weak to continue moving and can even possibly pass out due to the loss of energy.

Some parts of her projection requires her to stay focused on it in order to keep it out without shattering while other parts of it are affected by her emotions. Right now her energy can be up to right under the strength of normal steel, and can dent common metals when fully charge. Her tips of her hair will fade or glow brighter based on how much energy she has at the moment. If she is fully out her hair will at that point also become fully brown with no parts being blue.[/BCOLOR]

• Energy Blasts And Beams: Jenny can shoot off simple blasts of energy to full on energy beams. She can project these from her eyes, hands and feet. In order for them to be fully charged she much charge them for 20 seconds to make them max power. This takes focus for her to do so though does into drain her energy until she fires them off. She can only do a hand full of these fully charged blasts before passing out. The beams can last on a continuous fire from 30-15 seconds based on the amount of power she put into the charge.
  
  These blasts are also strong enough to allow her to jump 10 feet higher with a full charge from her feet due to the blasts and can even push her a bit through the air if she’s mid fall. Though these still take just as much energy as they normally would for her to do these. When she charges some of her blasts or gets emotional her eyes will start to turn blue and glow. When she is emotional her energy also becomes a bit stronger but takes out a bit more energy from her making her burn out faster. Sometimes if she gets too emotional she may accidentally fire off an eyeblast that would be fully charged.
• Energy Constructs: Jenny can make constructs by focusing on her energy, they can be anything she can think of if they aren't more complicated in shape than a normal key and are totally solid. So in other words she could make a brick but not really a closed box in the shape of a brick with random objects on the inside of it. She can make these things from her hands and feet though must always be touching them or else they shatter and can not be reabsorbed. She Can only make things that match the size of a common door while also only being able to make a hand full of these with them shattering before she runs totally out of energy.
• Slow Fall: Jenny can channel her energy to slow her fall. This slowly takes out energy from her constantly but also only can be held for 30 seconds straight where she must wait 20 seconds before doing it again. Each time she does this it takes a good chunk of energy out of her. She can at most slow her falling by half making more of her falls safer but not making all distances safe for her.
• Energy Gift: Jenny can transfer her energy into any device that requires an energy charge to continue to work and to other people who are willing to accept it. SHe can transfer all her energy into them at the cost of passing out to just a small amount of energy. The energy transfer would just work on them to where if they felt tired they would be more awake based on how much she gives while the chargeable object would just be higher now.
  
  The mount she needs to give others and objects to fully charge them is based on how low the person and or device is and how big it is compared to her. If they are for example half her size she only would need half her energy to fill them up if they were totally empty as to where if they were twice her size she would only be able to give them half their energy if they were fully out of energy.
  
  To do this jenny just needs to touch them and focus to do the transfer. The time to do this is 10 seconds for each 10% more that she gives them. Moving all her energy over when she was fully charged for example would take 100 seconds aka 1 minute and 40 seconds.
• Energy Ammo: Jenny can channel her energy into weapons such as guns to provide them ammo. This initially takes out various sizes in chunks of energy out of her to ready the gun to take her energy which usually takes 3-10 seconds based on the size of the gun. Each bullet will also drain energy from her with each bullet fired based on its size. When ever she lets go of the gun the energy to start it up shatters and she must refill it before being able to fire it again. The bullets at this point will though lose any exploding or special features they used to have due to being replaced with her energy.

At this point she will instead fire off the bullet that is just now made of her energy which makes it also a bit weaker due to its durability going a bit down. If for whatever reason she gets something like a rocket launcher all she could do at this point is use it to fire off a quick beam esc blast though this would right now just take out a massive amount of energy from her just to fire off one that would be just as strong as firing off a gun less energy beam that takes less energy.

[BCOLOR=transparent]Healing: [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent]Jenny is able to heal herself and others when it comes to mere flesh wounds. Based on how bad the wound is, it takes more time to heal and much more energy out of her. This can range form 10 seconds to even 3 whole minutes. She can not heal anyone after they are dead and can not regenerate more blood to replace the blood the person has lost. This means that Jenny is far from replacing a good hospital when it comes to fatal injuries. Jenny can heal only a handful of fatal injuries before being totally out of energy and passing out.[/BCOLOR]

Jenny was created in a hidden location in South Dakota along with her twin sister. The two were then moved up to a host family up in Alaska. Here the two grew up together working together to survive while avoiding their mentally and physically abusive father. During this time the two picked up hobbies to do together, first dancing, then music, and then snowboarding.

[BCOLOR=transparent]One day they came home to find their mother dead by their fathers hands. The father then went after them in what seemed to be an insane rage and cut Jenny on her left cheek just barely missing her eye. The two ran away and started to travel around by hitching rides to different places but always stayed on the move in fear of their father finding them.

As they traveled they both found a mutual friend around their age who was also on the run. This friend teaching them more about the world and also how to skateboard and surf. During their travels the girls started to play music together for cash at just about anywhere they could go.

Though one night their father appeared and found them as he attacked them their friend jumped in and took a bad blow. When the girls saw this the rushed to her to find her bleeding out. In a fit of rage Jenny’s powers came out and altered the tips of her hair along with her sister.

Together they took down their father and took their friend to the hospital. The blow though was bad enough to where she didn’t make it. In the morning Jenny found her sister gone but a man waiting to speak to her. The man told her of a school where she could control her newfound powers and be safe. After taking her lost friend’s dog tag necklace and her friends funeral she left with the man to go to the school.[/BCOLOR]
