Appearance Description: Nix is rather tan, and about 5'7". He has copper-brown eyes, along with a deep blue hair, a bright pink highlight above his right eye. This is natural, he does not know why. He has a pair of large wings on his back, plumage the same shade as his hair. Each of his wings has a few pink feathers near the tips of each wing. His wings themselves are rather large, but fold behind him. He wears a magical necklace that he can use to hide his wings, making them disappear into a pair of wing tattoos on his back. The wings themselves are very sensitive near the shoulder, and rubbing the tattoo while the wings are stored will provide the same sensation.
When he is doing official lawyer work, he wears a dark blue suit, a white dress shirt, and a black tie. Very official. He tends to hide his wings in his suit.
When he is not doing official lawyer work, he tends to wear a tank-top along with a pair of jeans. He usually lets his Wings be free in his casual outfit.
His necklace seems rather simple, a small chain with a stone of Lapis Lazuli attached inside a spiral cage. It gives off a faint magical aura, and ??? never takes it off.
He generally has a stern expression on his face, and has a few crows feet by his eyes, and slight bags under them.
Personality Description: ??? is rather stern, preferring to simply go about his day in peace. He despises lying , and believes in justice for all who deserve it. He knows he is Libra, but doesn't let this get to his head. To him, he's just someone who needs to make sure others get what they deserve. He very much enjoys peace, fine wine, and relaxing string music. He does tend to go overboard when he gets into a big case, foregoing sleep to better study the details.

Nix can manipulate the air around him in any way he likes. This can range from creating a light breeze around him, to insulating himself from electricity. He is limited in the sense that he cannot create winds or air where there is none, meaning he can't manipulate air in space or underwater. He can assist in his powers by flapping his wings, creating a small flow of air.
He generally uses his power to determine when others are lying to him. He manipulates the air around a persons skin and measures it to read their pulse and blood-flow. This allows him to read the subconscious of those who are lying, with the involuntary body responses.
He is also able to fly with his wings, though he doesn't need his power to do this. He can use his power to assist in his takeoffs, allowing him to launch from a standstill, or glide for almost indefinite periods of time.

Nix is the representation of 'Libra'. This means he has functional immortality. He cannot get sick, and heals incredibly quickly. He can die, if he takes too much damage for his body to heal. The title of 'Libra' will pass onto his chosen successor when Nix dies. If Nix does not have a successor, the title of Libra will pass to whomever the cosmos decides is the best choice. They will know this happens, because Nix's spirit will appear in their dream to explain fully their duties. Then his soul will be allowed to rest.

Nix was born high in the mountains, in a small tribe of his people. His father was tried for treason when Nix was very young, though his father never actually did anything wrong. Nix instinctively felt something was wrong with this, and vowed to do his best to prevent things like this from happening again. His mother took him away from the village, bringing him to Manta Carlos and enrolling him in the school. He quickly rose to the top of all his classes, and eventually graduated with a masters degree in Criminal justice. His mother gave him his necklace as a graduation present, along with a nice suit. She passed away later that month, and Nix visits her grave on a weekly basis.
He joined a small law firm, and quickly rose through the ranks, gaining a reputation for never losing a case. When he was 23, he had the strangest dream. A very old man, a sage, appeared and told him that he was going to become the element of Libra. Nix took this surprisingly well, having no reason to not believe the sage.
When Nix awoke, he felt stronger than he ever had felt in his life, his control over air heightening to levels he never knew. He continued to hone his law career, eventually branching out to form his own firm. He now acts as a public defender, and frequently taking on cases Pro Bono if he feels it right.
He is content with his life, and has been idly searching for an apprentice. None have come close to his standards, however.
