Name: Ursa
Age: Looks around 25, really 2500
Birthday: ???
Gender: Female
Category: Citizen
Appearance Description:
Ursa is a blue-skinned babe with lovely curves. She is 5'7'' in height. She's evenly proportioned when it comes to her limbs; they aren't long or short. Her breasts are on the smaller end of D. She has a flat stomach and small shoulders. She has just enough hips to balance out her plump butt and thick thighs. Her eyes are a crystal blue; they glow whenever she's using her powers. Her hair is dark blue and goes past her hips. It is naturally straight. She has two horns on either side of her head that curve downward and point behind her. Her feet are rather small and cute. She is smooth and cold to the touch and may even have ice bits on her being.
Ursa's attire is ridiculously skimpy. She basically walks around in bikinis all the time. Metal bits and jewelry tend to dangle from her clothing. She goes barefoot and has ankle bracelets. She pretty much looks like a flashy Oryantal belly dancer all the time. Her garments also include silky fabrics that serve as either scarves or open skirts. She doesn't really wear pants. She has a crystal bottle that she resides in; it sits on her hips via a chain holster. It's beautiful, blue, and looks like it's well-crafted glass, but it is highly resilient to damage. It's impossible to break via normal means. It's a magic bottle.
Personality Description: Despite her womanly appearance, Ursa is a dreadfully shy creature. She gets incredibly nervous in social gatherings and tends to be a shrinking violet. She speaks very little and has issues communicating properly. She stutters and stumbles quite a bit. It's all the more contradicting to her voice which is mature and far from squeaky. She is very high-strung and cautious; she thinks excessively before acting. She's almost always tense and alert. If worried enough, she'll even encase herself in ice or throw up a cold barrier just to get away. Even in comfortable situations, she's very passive and is a much better listener than speaker.
Underneath that shy exterior is a genuinely kind but troubled djinn with a lot of mental struggles. She suffers from a combination of low self-confidence and a fear of other people. She especially fears humans. She's only mildly more comfortable with other races. She's the most at home with other djinn. Even hanging out with a fire djinn is better than chilling by a human. She's an introvert that wishes she could open up to people, but she's too afraid of getting hurt by them to allow that. She chains herself to the corner of loneliness for her own protection. It has taken her a considerate amount of strength to leave her bottle.
Powers: Ursa is a djinn. Djinns are immortal beings; because of this, Ursa can't really die. If she is eliminated, then she will temporarily become a mere ice essence and remain in that state until she fully recovers. This also means she can take a good amount of hits. Being an ice being, she recovers quicker if she's placed within a cold terrain. Snow and ice benefit her. However, this also means she recovers slower in a hot domain. The desert would not be a good place for her.
The genie can generate and manipulate ice. She can freeze objects upon touch and throw icicles everywhere. She is capable of sculpting ice into various shapes. She can also manipulate the atmosphere and make a particular area wintery if she so chose to. This could mean a snowstorm or a hailstorm. As one would expect, the more she uses her powers, the more magical energy she consumes. Bigger feats like a snowstorm on the beach require more energy. Her ice is also naturally countered by flames and heat. Lastly, the freezing aspects of her powers have a long cast time. So no, she can't go instant Frozen in just one post.
Her ice powers have one additional extension: healing. Ursa possesses the power to heal people utilizing her magic. By establishing direct contact with the wound, she heals it by freezing the molecules and renewing the damaged cells before closing the wound entirely. She can heal many different injuries this way, but grievous injuries require her constant concentration and continued contact. They also require more energy as she progressively heals them.
Biography: Thousands of years ago, Ursa was born somewhere deep in the cold arctic. She rose as a new djinn and wandered away from her birthplace to explore her surroundings. She enjoyed the cold and remained in relative seclusion for several years before coming into contact with civilization. She acquired her crystal bottle at some point during her travels and used that as her comfy home. She was a curious child without anyone to properly guide her or help her through her life as a djinn. Initially this wasn't a problem; she rather enjoyed being alone. However she eventually felt loneliness as she wandered without a master.
That was when her first master noticed her bottle while she was resting inside it. He rubbed it and summoned her. He offered to keep her company, and she cheerfully agreed. He was a fairly nice guy and more or less just wanted her to help him with his ice business. Nothing too significant there. Then he eventually died. Feeling lonely again, she searched for a different master. Everything went downhill from there.
She was forcibly captured and enslaved by jerks that wanted to use her icy beauty for terrible things. She was often criticized for her inability to grant wishes and to "make up for it" she often served in dirty occupations while also behaving as a line of defense in case things went sour. She entertained people via various methods and if need be seduced them with her alluring beauty and mesmerizing belly dancing. While she hated being objectified in this manner, this wasn't what caused her to go into cryostasis. No, it was when she was hired to be an assassin was when she finally snapped.
Unlike some djinn, she preferred to heal people of their ailments and use her powers for non-violent means. So to have her become a killer and slay people with her ice magic was horrifying for her. She was usually not placed on the battlefield; no, she was the coy dancer that tricked important people before slitting their throats with an icy blade. She spent many decades creating deadly weapons of ice and axing off a number of people. When she wasn't killing someone, she was giving up her body to her greedy master. Finally after the last one, she had enough.
She sped away into the night with her crystal bottle and encased it in ice. She then slipped into her lovely abode and stayed there in solitude for one thousand years. She slept inside of a glacier. Ursa put herself into cryostasis. Eventually the glacier melted, and Ursa's home drifted into the ocean. It drifted through the sea and ended up on Manta Carlos through mere chance. When she woke up and decided to peek outside of her home, she found herself on a strange island. Panicking horribly but intrigued, she stepped further inland to explore, hoping to God she could remain a free djinn.
