Proper Tsunami Plotting

Aurum will be assisting with the evacuation and extraction of the populace to high ground and then do awkward searches for more people by moving around. Ensuring he's the first in and last out. :^)

the Auri twins will probably be assisting the evacuation with younger groups due to teleporting and all.

Lyndis is going to take a vacation to the Swiss Alps with... someone. not sure who yet.

Tellios will be w/ Pollyanna Bellamy where ever she goes.

Octain will take Lexi and Poky's Genesis to atop General Mountain in which any of the other family members are free to join them and logging's will be made for the amount of people.

Neil Harmon will assist the Police in search and rescues

Olivia and Alessa will be going into shelters, nothing really interesting

Cynthia is going wherever Yoka goes

Victoria and Artesia are going with Gabe to Hawaii

Victoria will be sleeping through the strom in a coffin located in her basement

Atlus will be enduring the storm in the woods, and afterwords will assist the local police with search and rescue

Morgan is dead

I have plans for Morgan but I dont have confirmation yet

Morgan try to be with Anh Sang and/or Marco Mallet

Okay! Nix will be helping his younger brother Griffin and him get to somewhere safe.

Tay/Trauma will be just lurking around/trying to get somewhere safe.

Maggie "Unseen" Smith will be running for her life...

Dr. Thor Chase will be helping out students.

Ash Jarvis will be helping out the police force!

Catarina is so going Underneath the Hill.

Maddie is staying with Laetus.

Eliana is going to Hawaii.

Ellyn and Eroshay are going to the shelters :'(

Leeroy is going to stay behind at any cost, even if the wave tears him apart (Literally). Will probably be helping students and damage.

Oliver and Cyril/Lyric are most likely to stay in a shelter the whole time.

Pollyanna will flee the island with Tellios (with the permission of @Miralis )

Jericho might do something really, really stupid that he'll regret.

Pluto's been prepared and will stay alone (too many bodies in one place)

Genesis will be with Octain and Lexi

Flo will stop the news broadcast over her gelatinous dead body. Safe to say, there's going to be coverage by her for the duration of the storm and aftermath.

Zhen's going to flee temporarily, possibly with family.

And Pearl will just stay with peers to keep their spirits up!

Majority of my RPCs will totally be unavailable for interaction during this event — many of them took vacations or similar stuff elsewhere. This leaves me with three RPCs and one semi-available RPC.

Kiara Kaciania as Police Commander will be around for rescue operations and leading the police force as usual. Once this all blows over and everyone's safe, I have intentions of investigating the matter, and Kiara is the most likely one to lead such an investigation. Once everything has cooled down, she's searching the wreckage and finding some more clues because her eye was really going off during the events, and things just seem a bit too odd. It'll also help in finding anything that might've been missed or some poor soul that somehow missed the initial rescue.

Ursa is around, and I had intentions of helping with mitigation in one of the city's areas via her ice powers. Plan was to help make a barricade or something of sorts pre-emptively to try and maintain at least some of the city and offer protection/time to some citizens. I was also asked for her to help using her medical abilities later.

Sully.....really doesn't care and is doing nothing to help or harm the situation. There's pretty much no one that she's concerned about enough to save or offer assistance to. She doesn't really get the gravity of the situation anyway, so even if there was, then she wouldn't realize it.

Sai is only semi-around because he's holing up in a shelter with Faeyt and might end up in an aftermath thread for the sake of shenanigans or something. He's a siren; he doesn't have to care about himself. He does have to worry about his daughter though.

An Nam Il - He is doing whatever Gen/War is doing. Meaning that he is looting rich people's houses for the greater good.

Berenice Atwater - She is out and about, cheerfully gathering as much information as she can.

Elias Florencio Almeida Ventura - He is likely checking up on his friends and doing whatever they are doing.

Iliril of the Chant - He has fled for the mountains and is totally traumatized because the end of the world is happening again.

Ishikawa Yuuto - He is stuck in the academy's tower. Since he's a ghost, he cannot cross running water, which means that can expect to be there for quite some time.

Keedri - She is in her apartment, calmly watching the tsunami without a care.

Michelle Taylor Ashworth - She has been forcibly dragged to Europe on vacation with her brother and his boyfriend. She has no idea there is even a tsunami.

Namjilyn Nergüi - She is frantically moving all of her assets to higher ground with trucks proved by Julian Antoinette. She is also forcing all available employees to help her board up the blood bar.

Pham Thi Anh Sang - She is near the school, helping people find things last moment, including missing relatives (because she can kind of fly).

Saitou Yuzuru - He knows how tsunamis work and has fled to the mountains with the other students.

Wong Ha Jung - He is stuck in his wheelchair and likely carried off to wherever the academy stowed its staff/the hospital stowed its patients.

Xun Zhen Lin - He is flying above the city and helping out here and there, under the guidance of his literal guardian angel, Mal'akh Echo.
