Paschalis is actually a powers teacher, for all grades I'd imagine. It's probably likely that he'd have Lei in his class because Paschalis kind of specializes in powers that have finer control.
Ji Hye... I don't know what kind of wish she'd have but she's very easily won over by people. For example, her most trusted friend right now is a Nazi necromancer twice her age whose hobbies include murder and grave robbing. She thinks he's just great. If she had to make a wish, though, it would probably be along the lines of "GET THESE SPIRITS AWAY FROM ME NOW."
