Name: Noel Florian
Age: 14
Birthday: December 21st
Gender: Trans Female (Biologically Male, Identifies as Female)
Category: Student
Class: High School
Grade: 9th
Appearance Description:
Noel stands at 5'3'' and has a very petite build. Being physically male, she does not have any breasts, but that has not stopped her from trying out bras. She luckily has a fairly feminine figure. Her shoulders are slender; she packs a nice set of curvy hips. She's very thin in general. She has a small, cute butt. Her thighs lack meat to them. The girl has a pale complexion; her skin is a few shades pinker than white and is constantly soft and smooth. She takes good care of her skin. Her hair is several inches past the shoulder and blue in color. It's actually naturally blue; the only guess as to how this can be the case is utter witchcraft. Perhaps that was her secret witch genes kicking in. Usually her hair is pulled up into two fluffy pigtails with colorful hair bands or ribbons. Her eyes are a matching light blue and large. Her face has a soft look to it.
The girl dresses in decidedly feminine fashion. She wears skirts and dresses almost exclusively. Notably she avoids articles of clothing that are too tight on her lower half; she prefers skirts that flap freely in the air. She also avoids wearing skirts that are too short. Average schoolgirl uniform hem length is the shortest she'll go. She often wears knee socks and stockings. During athletic endeavors, she tends to wear shorts and skorts. When practicing ballet, she always wears the standard black leotard with a black skirt and tights. She never forgets to wear the skirt. The skirt hits just above the knee. It's long enough to cover her but short enough to move around in. Her choice of shoes varies on the occasion. In general she prefers flats and short heels. She doesn't really like wearing high heels. Notably she tends to get defensive about her shoe size, so don't ask her what it is.
Noel has a special magical girl outfit that she changes into whenever her transformation sequence happens. Underneath her clothes is a gem birthmark that sits several inches above the belly button. It's normally black in coloration like a normal birthmark would be. What makes it odd is how specific the shape is. There's no mistaking it; it's definitely a diamond shaped gem. When she transforms, it glows and becomes a blue gem that adorns her attire. Her attire is a one-piece tutu dress suitable for a ballerina. The tutu has a few layers of ruffles to protect her decency. The dress is crystal blue like her physical features with white accents. It has a decorative white vine design on the torso. The skirt itself is blue, but the layers of ruffles are white. Her shoes are crystal blue ballet slippers outlined in dark blue with a matching white vine design. She wears white tights as per the course for a ballerina. Her pigtails are held up with dark blue and white satin ribbons.
Personality Description: Noel is a fairly shy girl thrust into a weird world that she's not familiar with. She follows the crowd and prefers to inch away from the spotlight. She suffers some self-confidence issues and struggles with her identity. She ultimately wants acceptance for who she truly is. She has a great memory and is good about picking up details. Her demeanor is calm. It's incredibly difficult to anger her. She just doesn't even seem to have an angry function. However, when she does get angry it's terrifying. Her anger manifests in an eerie calmness. She smiles in a crazed manner and calmly performs whatever action she was doing. This can cause unease because when she chooses to lash out is unknown. She can tell the person off right then and there, or she may decide to wait until they're asleep to do something. However, note that she is not Yandere though. She doesn't obsess over people. She can be somewhat clingy to those she knows at first, but she is more than willing to accept others and to allow others to join in the group. She has no problem with getting to know more people; she's just scared of rejection. She is a ballerina and has been doing ballet for several years. She enjoys classical music but is wiling to listen to all types of music. Shopping is fun to her, and she will gladly go to the mall with anyone. She's a sucker for pickles and cheese. Burgers for her tend to have an excess of both.
Powers: Noel is a magical girl. She has the ability to transform into a witch form that allows her to utilize her magic weapon and various spells. She accesses this through a blue gem birthmark located on her stomach a few inches above the belly button. This causes a transformation sequence to happen that is invoked by Noel performing a simple ballet dance. Her theme plays as she dances on an icy blue, snow themed stage with a snowflake spotlight. Her normal attire disappears. Her magical girl attire appears to dress her naked glowing figure (Being that this isn't Cutie Honey, all that people can see of her body is a vague flashy light blue silhouette.), and her twin handguns appear in her hands after all of her clothes are on. The gem's brightness signals how much magical energy she has left. Once it goes completely dark, she goes back to normal and becomes fatigued. The fatigue can only be solved with plenty of rest.
Bullet Symphony:
Noel's weapon of choice is guns. She starts off with the twin handguns. As she discovers more of her powers, she will be able to combine the twin handguns to make either a shotgun or a light machine gun. She cannot use multiple gun forms at once and requires one post to change forms before the new form can be utilized. The ammo is Noel's magical energy; she runs out of magical energy, then she loses her magical girl form and goes back to normal. The two latter forms tire her out quicker for different reasons (The shotgun's powerful pellets take out much larger chunks of energy for each shot; the machine gun's rapid fire rate blows through her magical energy fast with how many shots are fired at once.)
Snow Queen:
(Locked) Ice is Noel's element of choice, so it is only natural that she uses ice magic. Just like her weapon, this also draws upon her magical energy. If she no longer has any energy, she loses her witch form and goes back to normal. She has access to several spells.
Biography: Noel was born several generations into a mage family branch deemed powerless. None of the members showed signs of having magical powers, so they were largely ignored by the rest of the family. Relations were even more strained since her mother chose to marry a normal man whom didn't believe in magic. The married couple lived a normal life and stayed in touch with the father's side only. They birthed a healthy baby boy. That baby boy was Noel. The parents were happy, and they cared for the baby with the assistance of the nanny they hired. Oh, did I forget to mention that they were high class people from France? Yeah, they're high class people from France.
The boy exhibited strange behavior as he grew up. It was already strange enough that he was born with blue hair, but that was written off as a genetic anomaly. It was of no concern anyway since it didn't affect his health. There was also the matter of the birthmark, but oddly shaped birthmarks happened from time to time. That was no big deal either. What was a big deal was that the boy kept calling himself a girl. He preferred toys oriented to girls; he identified more with female characters; he even attempted to dress like a girl. The parents didn't know what to do. They knew crossdressing was a fairly okay activity, but they were concerned with the fact that Noel kept vehemently saying he was a girl.
At first they tried to explain to him that wasn't how biology worked. They tried showing him the boy oriented items. While some of it he was okay with, other things he outright rejected. One of those things was pants. He didn't want to wear pants, okay? He wanted dresses! He was okay with the model cars, but he still wanted to have dolls to dress up and act out plays with. He even chose to do ballet of all things as his activity, and he wanted to wear the tutus. At this point, the parents just outright gave up and accepted that Noel thought she was a female. They couldn't be damned to try and comprehend it.
However, Noel faced various obstacles with her girlhood. Because she was biologically male, the other kids made fun of her. They didn't understand why she wanted to use the girls restroom instead of the boys restroom and thought it was hilarious that she wore dresses. She also had short hair that made her look a bit boyish. She was excluded from many activities and lacked proper friends. She often played by herself in her nice manor when she wasn't busy with her studies. The girl felt incredibly lonely. Why couldn't she have any friends? Why did everyone insist on calling her a boy? She might have had boy parts, but she didn't feel like a boy. She felt like a girl. Was it really that hard to understand? She only felt at home with the dance studio. No one in her ballet classes cared about her sex, so she at least fit in decently there.
She moved to a different school when she was a sixth grader. In that school, no one knew about her biological sex. What helped was that no one in her dance classes went to her school, so there would be no way for information to spread around. This led her to acquiring a group of friends. They were all pretty girls, and they were even the popular ones of the school! They allowed Noel into their clique of friends. Together they talked gossip, shopped, and ate lunch. They would also insist on going over to Noel's fancy house and hung out there until dinner. There was an issue with her new group of friends though: they were not true friends. They were also not necessarily nice people. They enjoyed spreading rumors and picking on less fortunate students for their own amusement. Noel did not approve of this, but she did nothing to speak against it. She didn't want to lose her only school friends after all.
That was when the sleepover happened. The tween, almost teen group of girls decided to have a slumber party at the clique leader's house. They had a blast and rocked out to music, enjoyed all kinds of edible goodies, and whispered juicy rumors to one another. That was when the truth or dare session was about to start. Everyone wanted to change into their pajamas before it happened since afterwards there would be late night movies and then bed. Noel chose to slip away into the bathroom to change into her pajamas. She stripped out of her clothes and put them aside. Just as she was reaching for her sleeping clothes, the hostess opened the door without warning to check up on her. She then stared at the exposed "girl". Her judging eyes scanned her flesh. Clearly she lacked what most girls had by this point and instead had something that no girl should. Noel just froze as the leader stood there silently. She said nothing and smiled as she then exited the bathroom as if nothing happened. The shy girl sighed in relief and finished getting dressed.
However, when she stepped out to greet the rest of the girls, they were already huddled together and giggling about something. She asked what was up, but the leader spoke up saying it was nothing. It was just that one past rumor about the nerdy girl that they pulled a prank on a while ago. It was old news. Noel cracked a smile and sat down in the circle. The game of Truth or Dare started. A series of amusing answers and hilarious dares ensued. It was all laughs for several minutes, probably twenty minutes at most. That was when Noel was eventually chosen. Noel picked Truth.
"Are you really a girl?"
Her heart dropped right into her stomach.
"What? Yes, I'm a girl, what else would I be?"
"Liar."
Now all of her "friends" were staring at her with harsh eyes. She bit her lip as she glanced at all of them. Every single one of them had the same look. She couldn't stand it.
"Who pretends to be a girl?"
"What, has this been one of your crossdressing fantasies?"
"Seriously?! I am a girl!"
"Prove it then!"
"Yeah, prove it!"
"Why should I have to?!"
"If you won't prove it, then we will."
The next moment Noel was pinned to the ground. She felt her shorts and undergarments being slipped off. She wondered if things would have been different if the parents were in town. The girl whimpered and wiggled against their grasp. She cried and begged for them to let go. After the longest few seconds of her life passed, her lower half was entirely exposed. Her secret was revealed.
And her ex-friends bullied her mercilessly for it.
They took pictures and laughed while saying all kinds of terrible things. Noel was defenseless against an army of cruel, teenage girls with way too much power. She was sent home humiliated and crying. Her torment did not end at the sleepover; the pictures spread all over the school. Because she was apart of the mean popular group, everyone that wasn't a jerk put her under the same umbrella as the alpha jerks that ran the school. So to see one of the "bullies" disgraced was amusing to them. Everyone mocked her and teased her. If she tried to use the restroom, then her classmates would jump her. So she learned to hold it until she got home. She hated her life and thought there was no way to reclaim her reputation.
The parents found out about Noel's humiliation, and they were greatly displeased. However, they were surprised that she was still keeping up this phase of thinking she was a girl. They still didn't truly understand the pain she went through daily. She cried constantly and shut herself off from everyone. The parents' response to it was to try and find a new school for her to attend. The school officials couldn't do anything since this happened outside of school. The help that they provided for the girl was limited. Plus that still left her rather friendless. The only place she could find comfort in was once more the dance studio. She became well-known as an incredible ballerina with great talent and a wonderful future ahead of her, so she focused on that.
One evening when she felt particularly stressed out, she went to the dance studio to practice. She caught the eye of some prestigious secondary schools, but she had to fight her way to get in them. Her grades were good, but she was unsure if she could compete with everyone else. She danced her little heart away in her dance workout attire. She paid no mind to the outside world; it was just her dancing on her very own stage. She always felt an attachment to Winter thanks to her name and birthday. She began to think about when she successfully gained the lead role as the Snow Queen in a ballet production. She reminisced about her excitement and the feeling of bravo she felt when the audience applauded for her. The girl began to perform part of the solo as the music played in her mind.
Just then, something magical happened.
This was the first time she entered into her magical girl transformation. One moment, she was in her exercise clothes dancing on the wooden floor of her dance studio. The next moment, she was in a beautiful ballet costume and wielding twin handguns while standing on top of a small circle of ice. She stopped as she glimpsed at herself in the mirror and slid on the ice and fell. When she recovered from her fall, she took to examining herself. She couldn't believe this was happening. What was this? How did she even manage this? What was she doing wearing this? Why was she holding guns?!
So many questions hit her as she carefully stumbled back onto her feet. She examined herself in the mirror. She was beautiful. She felt beautiful. Most importantly, she felt alive. Strange energy flowed through her veins.
The girl hurried out of the dance studio when she heard the janitor about to enter. She quickly stepped onto the sidewalk and frantically searched for a stealthy way to get back home. Just as she turned her head the other way, an envelope fell on top of her head. It got stuck between the pigtails. She blinked and slipped the envelope out of her pigtails. She gently unsealed it and pulled out the paper inside. It was an acceptance letter for a strange school. Starlight Academy? Manta Carlos Island? Where was this? What was this? She was utterly baffled.
The girl managed to get home. The costume and weapons faded away on their own. She was back in her normal attire when her mom walked in. Noel quickly tried to hide the invitation in her hands, but her mother spotted it and ripped it away from her. She scanned the contents of it. Then a big grin appeared on her mother's face.
"Ah, so you do possess potential after all..."
"What does that mean?"
"It means you're attending Starlight Academy."
Cue Noel stepping off of the boat with men carrying her bags. She was to live in a nice mansion by herself with only the serving staff as company. She didn't know what to make of the island when she noticed some of the residents were....decidedly not human. She still doesn't know what to make of it now.
All she hopes is that she finally finds somewhere where she belongs.

The two latter forms tire her out quicker for different reasons (The shotgun's powerful pellets take out much larger chunks of energy for each shot; the machine gun's rapid fire rate blows through her magical energy fast with how many shots are fired at once.)
- Twin Handguns: The default form. Two identical handguns that are shiny and pure white with thin blue lacing. A tiny blue bow sits on top of each gun where the sights would be located. This form shoots magic bullets at an average rate. This allows for the most mobility out of the three forms and lets Noel dance around while firing.
- Shotgun: (Locked) The most powerful out of the three forms but also the slowest fire rate. Noel can shoot large powerful magic pellets with this gun for massive damage. The downsides are it's limited to single-target and its slow firing rate. This is the least mobile out of the three forms.
- Light Machine Gun: (Locked) For rapid fire action. It has less mobility than the twin handguns, but it fires much faster than the other two forms. The consequence is it's definitely less accurate because the magic bullets are much smaller, and this form is meant to fire upon multiple targets quickly. It does the least damage per bullet out of the three forms.
Snow Queen:
(Locked) Ice is Noel's element of choice, so it is only natural that she uses ice magic. Just like her weapon, this also draws upon her magical energy. If she no longer has any energy, she loses her witch form and goes back to normal. She has access to several spells.
- Let It Snow!: (Locked) Noel creates a snow cloud and targets a person with it. The snow cloud follows the person and snows on them. The snow does nothing to harm them. It just behaves as regular snow. It reduces visibility for that person. It is a single target spell.
- Watch Your Step!: (Locked) The ground turns into slippery ice. This reduces mobility for everyone in the area, including Noel herself. Being that this is magic ice, it requires fire magic or blunt magic force in order to melt or break the ice. The max range is fifteen feet. Energy consumption increases as the area of effect increases. It starts from her and spreads out until she stops or until it reaches fifteen feet.
- Chilly Comfort!: (Locked) Noel can use her ice magic to heal wounds. By touching or directing a healing blast at the targeted wound, she can seal injuries. This requires more energy the more grievous the wound. This is a single target spell.
