ayyy. taye here~ I'm pretty excited to get started in the SA community. Been a long-time roleplayer, but never with an organized structure like this, so forgive me if I make any mistakes.

Let's see...I love creepy things (art, games, literature, etc.). I also enjoy anime & manga, video games, wikipedia binges, cooking, writing crazy poetry, jfashion, doodling, body modification, cute animals, jokin' around, and wasting my time.

I lived in Japan for a semester, and I've been to Jamaica as well, so if you wanna swap stories about travel or foreign culture I'd be more than happy to!

While I can be kinda snarky, I secretly adore making new friends (and I'm open to frienemies), so feel free to send me a PM anytime, or ask general questions, etc. I'll get started on characters soon. Hope to see y'all around : )

Our members are super friendly and knowledgeable and there's usually someone online to help, although we are slower on the weekends!

I can't believe I beat Emy in responding to this thread--she's done a lot of traveling, too, so she'll have a lot better response than I will!

I am a huge fan of binge-wikiapedia-ing myself~ Recently i've had a fascination with groundhogs and wikipedia'ing random backyard animals @_ @

IF YOU READ OR WATCH STUFF you should totally tell me what in the "what are you reading//what are you watching" threads over in the community lounge. I'm a huge book addict and a lot of times i'll read suggestions from the board there. <<

Anyways, hello and welcome to SA! I'm Emy, the weird language person. I guess.

It's so nice to see somebody who's studied abroad! I'll be in China all of next year myself but I currently major in Chinese and Japanese language.
