Okay, Sully admittedly wanted to hear her sing. They didn't really know Disney, but the way she said Cylly sounded like she was ready to burst out into a song. While Starlight Academy was not Magical High School Musical, it would assuredly be an amusing and hilarious time if it was. Perhaps another title would be more fitting though seeing as they were not on the school campus. Instead they were somewhere within Manta Carlos City having a chance encounter. This girl was fun! Sully didn't have the same level of shyness Cylly was exerting. She was momentarily distracted from the tongue twister.

"Can you sing? It sounds like you can sing!"

They wanted to hear it! Two pairs of shadow arms poked out of the darkness. The arms wiggled about like jelly limbs. They were more intent on listening than grabbing anything. The figure giggled as they kept balancing on the balls of their feet. They would lift the heels and then put them down after a while. They were doing this in an arrhythmical fashion. Their black eyes focused on Keedri's face. Ooo, she winked! That earned another Sully giggle. Something about the pale face and structure of the smile made Sully's grin eerie, but she certainly wasn't up to anything bad.

"Sing Keedri, sing! Please?"

Their hands grasped one another in a pleading manner. The shadow hands silently cheered on the tentacle woman by punching the air.

Cylthic gave a small chuckle. The shadows seemed to sway as Cylthic did. "Well let's just say I have.....business to do. My father can't really be here so I'm taking his place." A black tendril emerged from one of the shadows and wrapped around Cylthic's left arm. Cylthic smiled and started to caress it with the back of his hand, this caused the tendril to only tighten its grip as if it enjoyed it. He looked at Sully for a moment as she asked Keedri to sing before going back to caressing the tendril. Truth is the shadows actually had minds of their own. Cylthic simply commanded them to do what he wanted and the shadows happily agreed with anything he said. "I apolgize if we may be bugging you. It seems you have peaked both of our interests, and to be honest it's hard not to when someone is as pretty as you." The tendril slowly unwrapped itself from Cylthic's arm. It swayed a little bit towards Keedri as it was observing her before slowly sliding itself back into the darkness.

Keedri

Keedri laughed. It would be a lie to say that in this short while, she hadn’t come to the conclusion that these were her sort of people. “Maybe I can sing some other time,” she said thoughtfully, although there was a faint trill already sounding out on the end of her sentence. She was Italian, after all. An Italian who didn’t know how to sing was like a crime against Heaven –oh right. She had already done that, too. Well, Keedri was an overachiever so that was only natural.

“I can be persuaded, though,” she all but purred to the darkness. “Or, actually, you know. We should go somewhere else if the two of you aren’t busy. I did just commit my evil deeds for the day and drilled out a bunch of wisdom teeth with a lower than usual dose of laughing gas. A drink and a place to sit down would be nice.” In her defense, she just wanted to know what it felt like. Disclaimer: laughing gas did not actually make people laugh. When applied medically, anyways. Maybe in a few more years when she got bored of the place, she’d get herself on a high while in the office.

For now, Keedri grinned. “So, what do you two say?”

Having two strange beings suddenly contacting her in the middle of the night on a lonely road raised a bunch of red flags but Keedri comforted her weird first world safeties with the thought that she was also a strange being and she liked to think that she had taken initiative and found them first. Somehow. Yes, she totally drew the interesting people right out of the void because she was that good. All by herself.

Also, she was probably, questionably Hindi. Maybe. Was she feeling Hindi that day? When was the last time she had eaten a cow? Long time, right? Okay, good. Anyways, reincarnation was a thing. This was important except not really.
