Biography: Nekoda's past is a complicated one. She knows that she was adopted as a teenager and that her biological mother died in child birth, her birth, and her biological father dropped in to a depression so low that it bordered insanity even before he was taken by a demon and corrupted. As a result Nekoda was left to her own devices on the streets for many years, fated to meet up with her biological father and made to 'pay' for a sin she had no control of, the death of her mother. Her biological father attacked her casting an illusion so powerful it could lock her within her own mind and deprive her of all of her senses. He left her that way, likely assuming she would die but instead he created a monster half as crazed as he was and when she was found and released she was never the same again.
Through normal experimentation Nekoda learned that she could trap others in illusions like she had been so that she could steal color from them or money for clothing and supplies. Life was going as swimmingly as it could until she was stealing money from a man one day. The man was wealthy and she figured he could spare it, not that she cared, but he caught her and inquired as to her reasoning behind it. The girl haughtily told him that she was an Orphan and no one cared if she lived or died. The man was outraged and took her in off the streets. The man was in the process of planning for his wedding and when the woman he intended to marry learned of Nekoda she insisted on adopting the child.
Nekoda was to find out that she wasn't the first child that the man had took in off the streets and adopted and soon she had siblings and a family to call her own. The man provided well for his children and since he was wealthy enough he sent all of the children to school to give them the best education possible which was the reason she found herself sent to Starlight Academy after bouncing from one school to the next, none being able to tame or teach the child with her wild ways. What she didn't know was that her adopted father worried about her control over her powers accompanied with her slippery grip on sanity and heard the teachers at the Academy were the best to handle such things, so while her siblings had to pay for their education Nekoda was given a free ride that would hopefully change her life for the better.

1. Color Stealing - An object will lose it's color, changing it to a gray.
*If the color is not available they will either get sick, sluggish, or pass out.
*If the individual goes too long without their specific color they will die.
*Color stealing is permanent.
*The color the individual needs is very dominant in them. For example: Green needs green, so their eyes are green, their hair has a shimmer of green and their true form is a green form.
*During the night an individual will feel more weak and during the day they will feel more empowered.
*They are magically inclined beings, they do not need air to live, can exist in the depths of the ocean and/or the emptiness of space.
2. Illusion Magic -
*She creates illusions through a combination of song, focus, contact and thoughts. With practice she won't need as much focus or any contact but since she needs to learn to use this power that isn't the case as of right now.
*Nekoda can create any image and make it come to life before another's eyes but it is purely an illusion and isn't real.
