Worms after rain

Giving a short laugh she smiled "I actually doubt that actually. I'm not one to have a spotless reputation. I'm probably the least popular girl in the locker room." she said with her smile turning a little sad as she looked down at this woman she wished she could be. "I'm actually quite jealous of you to be honest. I'm terrible at self discipline."

When the topic shifted back to gardening she tilted her head in thought, cacti were a desert plant. She wouldn't describe her home as the place for a cactus. Or anything she'd seen on this world. "It looks like a pleasant hobby at that. I just...well...to put it plainly, we don't have a sun....so..yeah..." she said with a slight embarrassed shrug.

Morgan shrugged "Well to be honest I dont listen to a lot of rumors, and the majority I hear are positive."

She let out a chuckle from the self discipline comment, "I suppose its mostly because of my parents, I grew up in a very strict household and was raised to respect order." she responded very calmly.

The conversation went back to gardening. "Say, if I were to attempt to get into gardening what would you recomend I start with? Perhaps a small house plant?"

Kaya blinked, "That works? Just a lamp? Huh...I did not know that..." She was rather stunned by that. Could Earth plants really be okay with just a simple desk lamp or light bulb to stay alive? She wanted to ask that and found the two of them talking about more plant stuff. Kaya just kept to her self for a couple moments trying to collect her thoughts. "Well...you could say my family's strict...but, I've never been good at rule following at home."

"So....you said...what was it, a Cactus, Right? What does a...cactus...need?" She was honestly curious as to how to take care of plants. She had seen the Earth plants and they all seemed to be colorful and vibrant while all the plants where her home was were dark stark black and usually had thorns. It's usually a very dipressing scene to look upon at home so she had been trying to be in the mortal world more often.

"Ill have to head to the store and get something then, im sure itll be easy to find.". Morgan made note to try and get some terra cotta jars and some plants to grow in them.

"Oh I do remember reading something about cacti! Apparently they only need to be watered once or twice a week. I figure they must be fairly easy to take care off." she said remembering something she had read on wikipedia, which wasnt the best place to get information, but she thought this sounded pretty legitimate.
