Appearance Description: Victoria has golden blonde hair that goes down to about her shoulder, and piercing blood red eyes. She stands at 6"4, and is very lean and muscular, her skin is very clear, as any scars or imperfections are quickly healed by her abilities. She is undeniably attractive, though at the same time she is very intimidating, usually carrying a bored and expressionless face and only really emoting when enraged. Her outfits tend to be asymmetrical, and they almost always show her midriff, she also wears extremely tight shirts to show off her muscles.
Personality Description: Victoria is very domineering and manipulative, she does things that would suggest she has no conscience or empathy. Though she usually keeps a calm and collected demeanor, if something manages to annoy Victoria, she will be thrown into a frantic rage. Due to their long periods of alone time inside their home, Victoria has become very intelligent though her passion for reading, on top of that, she was a scientist before she was turned into a Vampire. She rarely attacks other people unless provoked, though this is more because she dosnt deem others worthy of her attention and not some form of kindness.
Powers:
Psychic Vampire: Victoria feeds off people around her, draining them of life, after about 20 minutes of draining it will become very noticeable to the target and they will begin losing years of their life. Stealing energy requires a lot of focus and she can not feed in the middle of a fight. When fully stocked Victoria will heal her own wounds and scars. The drawbacks to this comes in the form of an extreme weakness to direct sunlight, she can not use any of her ability's under it and overexposure can kill her. Smaller indirect lights can temporarily stun her but will not have the same effects as direct sunlight.
Enhanced Senses: She can hear, smell, and see better than any normal person. She can run at a max speed of 40MPH, and is strong enough to lift around 1000 pounds. Over exertion of her speed and strength can be very draining, and she will need to feed after.
Ice Powers: Before Victoria was a Vampire she was a powerful cryokinetic, she can lower the temperature of anything she touches to anywhere from 0 degrees Celsius to -200 degrees Celsius. If she where to touch a person this would quickly freeze the skin of the area she touches and then slowly work its way through the rest of their body. She can also freeze the water vapor in the air around her hands to create small objects out of ice, but she can only create handheld items and nothing terribly large.
Biography: Victoria had a fairly normal life in 1865, she was a well taught scientist on Manta Carlos islands when they where bit by a Vampire.
Now in the current year they continue to live on the island in a large mansion, feeding off unsuspecting citizens to ensure she continues living for an eternity.
