Appearance Description: Tlanextic's current host stands at five feet and five inches tall. It is a fae with butterfly-like wings wrapped around a primarily masculine body. They have short, wavy, dark purple hair and dark magenta eyes. Their skin tone is slightly ashen and they constantly wear a flowing purple cloak and hold a staff made from a tree branch.
In their true form, Tlanextic appears as a shaft of light that occasionally acts as if it were "glitching" through nearby objects. This shaft of light is approximately a twenty feet tall and two feet wide. Interacting with the light causes it to dissipate immediately. However, one will still get the sense of touching some kind of mass and can interact with it normally.
Personality Description: Tlanextic is a curious being that instinctively seeks out the presence of others. They see other beings as pets of a sort, their customs and laws being strange games where the goal is to fit in with the general population as well as possible. As a result of this belief, they tend to go along with whatever is happening in the nearby vicinity, whether or not it is lawful or customary, in a misguided attempt to "fit in" with the public. They do not understand many mortal laws and tend to copy the behavior of others. Their own nature is slow and good-humored. They are not malicious but may act in a malicious manner if others around it do.
Active Abilities: Gravity - Gravity normally but not always affects Tlanextic the same as other beings. They can change this so that they can walk up walls and across ceilings. The force of the pull of gravity is the same as any other object on the planet. The difference is that it is pulling in different directions. They can only do this with their own body and objects they are holding.
Levitation - Tlanextic is able to levitate itself as well as objects within a ten feet radius. It can only levitate up to twenty feet above any sort of physical matter.
Possession - Tlanextic is capable of possessing one host at a time. The host must be sapient but not living and the process takes a day to complete. Possession will resurrect the host's body at full health without returning the soul or spirit, allowing Tlanextic complete control. The host can be injured and heals at a rate normal to its species. It does not require sustenance or rest. When a host dies, Tlanextic is evicted from the body. Provided that the damage is not too great (meaning that the host is still at least seventy-five percent intact), Tlanextic will be able to re-possess it within twenty-four hours. They cannot leave a host at will. If they choose to do so, it will take a full day to complete.
Passive Abilities: Apellation - Tlanextic knows who you are. They may not know what you are or what you have done but should they hear your name in passing, see your name on paper, or see you themselves, they will know who you are. They will know what your true name is, what names you have assumed, and if somebody were to point at a random group of people on the street and shout "Hey, you!" then they will know exactly which person is being addressed. In addition, they will know the titles that somebody has been given. Unless that person has a pretty descriptive title, however, they will not know too much about the person themselves. They are, however, able to differentiate between different sorts of names and the person themselves need not know any of these for them to have the knowledge. If, by chance, there are a hundred people all named John Doe in the same area, they will be able to register each John Doe as being different. Their powers can be summed up as the knowledge of all the ways a person is or has been addressed and also the ability to tell exactly who is being referred to at any given time.
Fae Regeneration - Due to the nature of Tlanextic's host, they are able to heal minor to serious injuries within the span of a few seconds to a few hours. The more major the injury, the longer time it takes to heal. A punctured organ would take several hours while a broken bone would take about one hour. Small injuries such as shallow cuts would be healed almost instantly.
Fae Youth - Tlanextic's host is unable to grow past the age it already is.
Revelations - Tlanextic has perfect 360 degree sight and 20/10 vision, meaning that an object which is twenty feet away appears as if it were only ten feet away. They are capable of seeing through objects less than an inch thick as if they were glass. As such, they normally perceive living beings as bundles of organs. They are also naturally able to perceive normally invisible supernatural beings or anybody who is actively hiding themselves with magic or technology. Within a radius of fifty feet, they automatically impose this sight upon anybody within range whether or not they are capable of seeing naturally. Since Tlanextic cannot see themselves, they appear to be invisible within this range. Leaving the range allows one to see normally again.
Undying - As they are technically not alive in the first place, Tlanextic is unable to die by any means. It can still be injured, however, and its host can be killed.

Fae Signs - The elder signs sap the strength of Tlanextic's host simply by being nearby. At a range of twenty feet, the host will be so weakened that it can barely stand under its own power. Maintaining physical contact with an elder sign for more than a few seconds will kill the host. If removed from the elder sign quickly, the host will still be paralyzed for a span of three hours.

Depending on the shape and color, people can tell at a glance the approximate range and nature of the aura of the wearer. Tlanextic's is black and in the shape of a spiral around their arm.

Biography: Tlanextic was born from light and darkness, a contradiction of elements in a specific moment of a time that may or may not have existed. It kept mainly to itself until it was called upon by a fae monarch who taught it how to possess vessels in order to experience the world in a way it never had before. In exchange, the entity gave the monarch some of their power in order to create what to her was the perfect child. They left soon afterwards to wander the Earth, encountering many other supernatural beings along the way. It was in this manner that Tlanextic came to interact with beings from Manta Carlos, a relatively young settlement that intrigued them to the point where they decided to investigate for themselves.
Resources: Tlanextic collects shiny objects and has a hoard of baubles dating back thousands of years. They keep them in a small one bedroom apartment. Technically, they are quite wealthy but have no concept of real money or monetary value.
