Søren Jørgensen

Listening to Alice speak, Søren couldn't help but get a slight idea of what exactly he was getting himself into. Something highly likely to be more illegal than he usually involved himself with. Something that was probably going to result in blood. The use of the word target kind of tipped him off on that. But before he could wonder too much about the specifics, the boy forced himself off that train of thought. No good could come from knowing for sure. It was best to be ignorant.

"Oh, yeah, sure, I'll show you my email in second." He looked around for a spare sheet of a paper and a pen and found them. After he had written it down, the boy simply held it up for her to see. Søren knew better than to let her actually have it because then it might get misplaced or she might use it as blackmail later on. So he just kept it visible for a few moments before folding it up and putting it into his pocket. He knew that Alice would have already memorized it perfectly. After all, she was a genius like him and that's what they did.

"I'll what I can do about getting you some more about this guy but, um. If you don't mind me saying, it's your own business what you do with that information. I'm really not interested in whatever it is you end up doing, thanks. So, uh, please don't tell me."

It was obvious to Alice that Soren was disturbed by the possibilities of what she had planned for Joshua. Nothing could be hidden from her mind hack, after all. However, she decided it was best not to dwell on that, if she tried to calm him down it would only bring more attention to the issue, after all. After seeing his email Alice quickly recorded it and send him the file with the information she already had on Joshua. "Don't worry about what my plans are, I have no intent of telling you anyway." Alice said with a big happy smile on her face as she finished sending off the data. After that she closed her laptop and packed it away neatly. Moving to the rest of her stuff Alice started removing what appeared to be a sizeable collection of manga from another bag one by one, placing them on the shelf by her bed carefully as she continued the conversation.

"Anyway...enough on that. I think there's better things to talk about then business, no? Like, the fact that your the first student to actually know my family name! I thought everybody here would know considering my father like..the richest man in the world...he's involved in almost every industry you can imagine!" Alice said happily as she finished up putting the manga on it's shelf. Returning to another bag, she started pulling out plushies, starting with a stuffed rabbit that she set on her bed along with two chibis of anime characters Soren was likely unable to identify. "He keeps a low profile, yes, but it's still strange nooobooodyyy knew my family name around here...so I'm curious, what do you know about the Mordrakes, hmm? I'd like to know where you found out about my family.." Alice said happily.

Admittedly, Alice liked the fact Soren had recognized her name. So much that her ego wanted to keep the conversation on that topic so she could hear this boy talk about how wealthy and powerful the Mordrakes are and how he heard about them through some magizene or news show or book or something. Hearing all that would make Alice feel like she was back at home again, surrounded by yes men, servants and mind-slaves who constantly stroked her sizable ego. Maybe with a little bit of effort...I can make this kid into my little doll..just maybe..Alice thought to herself as she continued to unpack.

The end.

Søren Jørgensen

Phew, dodged a bullet there then. Because really, Søren had absolutely no desire to dig himself deep into anything at all. Even if Alice offered him any more information about what she was planning, he would just high tail it out of there. This deal was strictly business and he intended to keep it as professional as possible; no asking or giving too much personal information one way or another.

The boy had to scoff at her comment, though. "Everybody with a brain in their head has at least heard of the Mordrakes," he said, skimming through the file that he had been sent. "I mean, your family's company isn't too deeply integrated in my part of Europe but even then -holy f-fudge!" Right, had to remember that there was a girl in the room with him. Shouldn't swear while she was around, he supposed, especially not with her amount of money.

"I think I know this guy." No, wait. Looking at this picture, Søren was sure he knew this guy. He didn't know anybody else on the island with eyes that looked like that. "Oh my God, it's the loser from The Antoinette. D-Dang it! I almost lost some of my equipment because of him!"

He shook his head in disgust. And here I thought I was done with this guy! Well, he'd show him, then! If this was an opportunity for revenge then Søren was going to take it!
