Anh Sang saw absolutely nothing wrong with the broken nuts that came tumbling out of the bag. Sure, they weren't perfect but she figured that Wei had meant to do that. It was kind of weird to think that you could smash things perfectly anyways. And the girl thought about it a bit more and decided that perfect could be boring, too. Obviously, this meant that their cookies were going to be amazing.
"What kind of things did you cook? I used to help Mommy sometimes at home," she offered, peeking into the bowl. "I'm not allowed to do anything with the oil, though, because she always worries I'll get hurt doing that."
