Teagen herself has no standard form, but keeps to one recognizable shape to deal with people. Currently, this form is one of a woman in her mid-twenties with a curvaceous build. She has tan, slightly red skin and dark pink hair set to the side of bright golden eyes with white cat-like pupils. Her style of dress is very much high society party girl, all furs and gold and tight leather and fishnets. Her fingers end in long golden claws that she likes to tap and drag against surfaces to emphasize points. High quality pistols are her favorite accessories.

She speaks as quick as a money counting machine with an affected high society accent and cant.

Teagan is a girl who has always been whatever anybody wants her to be. She adapts, changing who and what she is in order to survive. She's as loyal as her form is static however and she will not hesitate to put a knife in a friend's back to ensure her own safety. Some things don't change though and she likes the louder, less formal side of the finer things in life. Clubs and liquor and loud cars.

Everything is fake. Teagan can create potent illusions that infect the very minds of those around her. Even those normally immune to such things find they have difficulty disbelieving them. Her illusions affect the immediate area around her, no bigger than an average sized room and can affect all five senses if she wants. She can also choose who is affected and who is not. Her illusions cannot cause actual harm though other than what one might suffer from falling because they trip over an illusory chair.

Titania's Court
By spending an hour at an unmoving location, Teagan can name it her Court. Her Court begins as a space no bigger than an average sized room. But the longer she maintains a single location as her Court, it grows in size by fifty percent every month.

Once a place is established as her Court, she has absolute rule there so long as she is there. She can see anywhere within the area as though she has full view with no blind spots. Likewise she can make her illusions anywhere within the building without needing to be in a particular room. Her illusions are also stronger here and an illusion of a gun shooting you can actually leave a bullet hole in you.

Teagan Queene seemed to just show up in Halcyon City one day. She set up shop as an info broker and the owner of one of the true neutral zones in the city. No one came into Teagan's domain and started shit. Not if they wanted to leave alive, that is.

She was one of the many refugees from the city, though no one was immediately aware of who she was due to her altering her appearance. She's been working at regaining the status she had before.

She has a nice apartment that was technically a luxury suite in a love hotel before she blackmailed it off of the owner. Makes money working for Sugarpop Corner and money on the side as an info broker. Drives a nice car or motorcycle everywhere.
