Appearance Description: Pale yellow eyes set against a rich chocolate-colored visage is one of Sebastian's most striking features. When he smiles, his eyes crinkle and the pale color warms into a rich golden one. Short black hair sticks up in perpetually messy tufts, framing his aristocratic features and triangular face. From the waist down, he sports a rather impressively sized long snake tail. Where the scales are an extremely dark green with slightly lighter green python markings, from the naval to about his hips, his humanoid skin color fades into a lovely cream shade. The patches of scales on his temples, elbows up to the shoulder, spine, and hips are dark green. He's about 6'3" from the ground up, but his total length is about 24" feet. He can't really wear pants or shoes (look mom, no feet!), so he makes up for that by wearing loose short-sleeved t-shirts or a long-sleeved turtle-neck. Normally his leather jacket goes over it, but in the winter months don't expect him to come crawling out of his house unless its an emergency. Too wrapped up in his fifty blankets and playing Skyrim or TESO to care much.

Active Abilities:
Constriction — Sebastian can potentially use his tail to crush people to death. If he could be even bothered to kill someone in the first place. Normally, he just uses it to wrap himself around something warm or his blankets and pillows.
Strength — If he felt so inclined, Sebastian is able to crush a car at merely a whim. However, sometimes he can forget his own strength and may accidentally break something. A lot of accidents with controllers and in the kitchen has had him replace them, which isn't cost efficient. He's not particularly fast, at walking speed he goes from about 3-4 miles per hour and his 'running' speed (more like slithering pfft) is somewhere from 13-15 miles per hour at the fastest. His snaky half provides the momentum needed for the running speed.
Forked Tongue — Unlike a human tongue, Sebastian can actively taste the scents around him. Most frustratingly, it gives him a sort of accent and gives his voice a rather sibilant. He can't control it quite yet, but give him time and maybe a magic bracelet, it will eventually go away until he can turn it off and on on his own.

Eating Habits: Snake — It's particularly difficult for Sebastian to digest vegetables, but when he eats he can't really chew. He would just hurt himself in the process. His sharp teeth enable him to hold onto something while he eats so they can't run off (well he has to make sure they're dead first of course) and helps him swallow easier. This gives him an unhinge-able jaw so he can eat much larger portions. He can't really choke on anything unless it's attached to something (like an arm) or is much bigger than he's used to eating.
Weaknesses:
Cold-blooded — Ooh, how he hates the cold! When winter approaches, Sebastian begins the process to close The Elder Rolls for the season. If it is kept open during winter, he will be extremely grouchy and irritable. It would be fairly easy to set him off in a tangent of how the cold is evil. It saps at his energy and if cold enough will bring him to a hibernation-like state that is extremely difficult for him to come out of. If left in the hibernation-like state for too long, he could slip into a coma and it is unknown when he would be able to wake up. Being around heat or simply wrapping himself around a radiator makes him more 'alive' you could say. In the summer months, Sebastian can get particularly enthusiastic.
Shedding — About two times a year, Sebastian sheds his skin. It gets really itchy and anything he touches makes him squirm. It is also when his skin is most sensitive, so accidentally getting a paper-cut will take a frustratingly long time to heal and his skin bruises easily. When he sheds, it usually takes at least six hours due to how long he is and he can't do anything. Not even play his video games. If he moves to do something, he risks rubbing the scales raw and it will hurt for a couple weeks. He learned this the hard way during his youth. If he tries avoiding to shed, it rather feels like he's behind a different skin. It's rubbery, uncomfortable, and itchy. Shedding is unavoidable.

Personality Description:
- Rude — He's not a particularly friendly person, and anyone who tries to cozy up to him because he's a Lamia, owns a bakery, or just wants some conversation will result in either reluctant conversation with "now, go away" inserted every other sentence or just straight out "no." Sebastian is also not afraid to come up with insipid jokes or insults to get the other person to go away.
- Creative — Where this lies mostly in coming up with insults-- he even writes them down!— Sebastian is a writer and painter by hobby so he can amuse himself. He's not particularly good at painting or drawing, his strengths more lie in writing, baking, coming up with recipes, blowing up the kitchen, and business. He changes his routine daily to keep himself from getting bored.
- Blunt — Honesty is the best way to go, right? This makes his rudeness more insulting, but some people might find this type of truth-telling to be more refreshing than someone who tries to sugar-coat things. Saying no is a lot easier to him than people who are nice, so he's a bit of a jackass.
- Adaptable — Someone drags him by the arm and he ends up in a party? He'll just sit there with a party hat on his head and basically glare at everybody. Sometimes this doesn't deter the most stubborn of people, so he must have some tolerance for them to hang off of his rather tall form as they babble away in his ear. He's also pretty good at moving from place to place, blending in with the crowd slightly and running his errands like everyone else.
- Indifferent — When it comes to this, it's more that he doesn't really care about other people and the drama that surrounds them. He's more than content to stay in the hidey-hole that is The Elder Rolls and the flat above it. He doesn't like taking sides, not when it doesn't include him and even when he is in the thick of it he'll be taking pot-shots, calling everyone names while eating popcorn.
- Casual — If he was particularly friendly in the first place, he'll be slouching over his friends. What few friends he does have, he slings arms around them or kind of drapes himself across the couch while they're curled up in the coils of his tail. He's extremely comfortable with himself and in The Elder Rolls, his human torso is almost completely sprawled across the counter when he takes orders.
- Nosy — This is purely information based when customers come into the store or he's using an opportunity to squint at the academy. He doesn't care much for learning, nor does he care that he might stumble upon something dangerous. Sebastian keeps things to himself and is notoriously tight-lipped about his own private life.
- Perpetually Amused — If anything, Sebastian is just bored and is looking to amuse himself. He finds a lot of things funny, even when they're not. Of course, he thinks he's absolutely hilarious. A lot of the time he talks to himself and when people catch him in the act, he just winks at them and continues on.

Biography:
- Throughout his childhood until he was about 10 years old, he lived in an extremely private part of Earth before his family was relocated to a different plane of existence.
- He finds his passion in baking and writing short stories.
- When he was nineteen he came back through the portal after his den blew up. Thank the stars that his family was elsewhere that day. He basically disappears and never goes back.
- Makes his home on an extremely private and solitary island off the coast of Africa for four years before he runs across another Lamia, who invites Sebastian to travel with him.
- Three years later, after moving from island to island, they come across Starlight Academy.
- He opens The Elder Rolls.
