Mars usually is a shy and clumsy young boy who easily trips on nothing. He stutters a lot when he talks and blushes easily when being talked to. He is sweet despite his shyness and when he begins being comfortable with a person he begins to stutter less. He naturally has a kind attitude and loves sharing things to people he cares about (which is mostly his siblings). He is cute without even trying.
Even if he is shy, Mars has a manipulative nature. He wants things to go the way he wants to and his abilities help contribute that. He will do anything to get what he wants even if it is deemed unmoral at times. If he doesn't like a person he will not hesitate to get rid of them for the sake of his own comfort. He has high sadistic tendencies and would love to see people he hates in a world of pain.
He can get overprotective towards people he cares for and will not hesitate to bring out his sadistic nature to protect them.

If these conditions are met he can make his victim to anything with just the sound of his voice. Mars needs to use his raw voice to manipulate, he cannot use microphones and devices similar.
Biography:
Mars, along with his two siblings, were the children of two unknown scientists who worked with illegal genetic mutations. His parents were obsessed with the concept of super human genetic mutation and used all their savings to fund on experiment. This obsession has reached to the point where they experimented on their own children. By the time he was 10, Mars wondered off into his parents' lab to find his missing siblings only to see his sister Kisses being experimented on. He tried to stop his parents but was caught and used for the same type of experiments. His throat was hooked up to machine and injected the same drugs his siblings took. His siblings watched him go through that similar torture.
Reese and his siblings lived through all the experiments for over a year with no signs of effects on them. Their parents declared them as failures seeing no changes in them except for the change in their hair and eye color. Seeing that their children did not develop any super human abilities they decided to sell them off in an underground prostitution den in the White Chapel for extra funding.
At the Prostitution den him and his siblings were the center of attention with their unique hair and eye color plus their good looks. They get many clients of all ages, genders and preferences.
